Rules and Terms for DARES Animation Voyage:

- Only animated films will be accepted for screening at DARES Animation Voyage. Films of any animation technique, style, or genre are welcome.
- The maximum duration for submitted films is 20 minutes. Shorter films are also eligible for consideration.
- DARES Animation Voyage is a non-competitive screening event. There will be no prizes or awards presented during the event.
- By submitting a film, the filmmaker grants DARES the right to use stills and short clips from the film for promotional purposes, including but not limited to event flyers, social media posts, and website content.
- DARES Animation Voyage is a non-profit event, and no screening fees will be provided to the filmmakers for showcasing their films.
- The selection process for films will be conducted by the DARES organizing team. The decisions made by the team regarding film selection are final and cannot be disputed.
- Filmmakers retain all rights to their submitted films. DARES Animation Voyage does not claim ownership or distribution rights over the films.
- The organizers hold the right to make necessary changes to the event schedule, including the date, time, and location of the screening. Filmmakers will be informed in advance about any changes made.
- By submitting a film, the filmmaker confirms that they have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and clearances for the content included in the film, including music, visuals, and intellectual property.
- Participation in DARES Animation Voyage implies acceptance of these rules and terms. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any film that violates these rules or contains inappropriate content.
