REGULAMENTO
1. OBJETIVOS
1.1 Organizado pela Corixo Produções, o Festival Curta Campo Grande tem os seguintes objetivos: exibir, promover, difundir, refletir e valorizar a produção de curtas-metragens no Brasil, em Mato Grosso do Sul e no mundo, revelando o atual panorama do audiovisual, contemplando um diálogo entre a produção, os realizadores e a população local.
2. DATA E LOCAL
2.1 A segunda edição do Festival Curta Campo Grande será realizada de 26 a 31 de outubro de 2026, em Campo Grande (MS).
3. INSCRIÇÕES
3.1 As inscrições ocorrerão de 1 de maio a 30 de junho de 2026.
3.2 As inscrições deverão ser feitas através do link: https://filmfreeway.com/CurtaCampoGrande .
3.3 Serão aceitas produções realizadas em 2025/2026 e com no mínimo 5 (cinco) e máximo 30 (trinta) minutos de duração, incluindo os créditos.
3.4 Todas as informações serão disponibilizadas no sítio https://www.festivalcurtacampogrande.com e nas redes sociais do Festival.
4. MOSTRAS COMPETITIVAS E PARALELAS
4.1 O Festival Curta Campo Grande contará com quatro mostras competitivas: Curta Brasil, Curta MS, Curta Doc e Curta Internacional.
4.2 A mostra Curta Brasil será composta por filmes brasileiros, a mostra Curta MS por obras produzidas em Mato Grosso do Sul, a mostra Curta Doc reunirá documentários brasileiros e sul-mato-grossenses e a mostra Curta Internacional por filmes não brasileiros.
4.3 Além das mostras competitivas também serão programadas mostras paralelas.
5. SELEÇÃO DOS FILMES E EIXO CURATORIAL
5.1 A Comissão de Seleção será composta por profissionais com experiência na área, a critério da Organização do Festival que também coordenará as atividades.
5.2 A lista das obras selecionadas será divulgada até o dia 12 de outubro de 2026, no sítio e nas redes sociais do Festival.
5.3 Além dos filmes selecionados nas mostras competitivas, a Organização do Festival poderá selecionar filmes para mostras paralelas.
5.4 A Comissão de Seleção terá os seguintes critérios norteadores do eixo curatorial: a) qualidade técnica; b) qualidade artística; c) relevância temática; d) diversidade; e) representatividade regional (para filmes da mostra nacional).
5.5 Serão priorizadas na seleção obras inéditas em Campo Grande (MS), que não foram exibidas em festivais e eventos abertos ao público na cidade.
5.6 Procedimentos para envio das cópias de exibição dos curtas selecionados e materiais de divulgação serão detalhados quando do envio do aviso de seleção. Entretanto, destacamos que as cópias dos filmes para exibição deverão ser apresentadas em formato digital de alta definição, sendo recomendado que tenham dispositivos de acessibilidade.
PARÁGRAFO ÚNICO: os materiais enviados para a seleção não serão devolvidos e passarão a fazer parte do acervo do Festival e da Corixo Produções, podendo ser utilizados estritamente para fins culturais sem objetivos comerciais para divulgação do Festival.
5.7 Os curtas internacionais selecionados deverão apresentar cópias de exibição com legendas em português, obrigatoriamente.
6. PREMIAÇÃO
6.1 A Comissão Julgadora será a responsável pela premiação dos curtas selecionados e exibidos durante o Festival, sendo composta por profissionais com reconhecida experiência na área cultural.
6.2 As obras selecionadas nas mostras competitivas Curta Brasil e Curta MS irão concorrer ao Troféu Tuiuú nas seguintes categorias:
-Melhor curta de ficção nacional;
-Melhor curta de ficção sul-mato-grossense;
-Melhor direção;
-Melhor atuação;
-Melhor roteiro;
-Melhor fotografia;
-Melhor arte;
-Melhor som;
-Melhor montagem.
6.3 Os filmes da Mostra Curta DOC irão concorrer ao prêmio de melhor curta documentário, enquanto que os curtas da Mostra Curta Internacional irão concorrer ao prêmio de melhor filme não-brasileiro.
6.4 O Júri Popular, composto pelo público presente às sessões, votará nas seguintes categorias:
Melhor curta de ficção nacional (Curta Brasil);
Melhor curta de ficção sul-mato-grossense (Curta MS);
Melhor curta documentário (Curta Doc);
Melhor curta internacional (Curta Internacional).
6.5 As decisões de seleção e de premiação serão de caráter irrecorrível.
7. TITULARIDADE DAS OBRAS
7.1 Para todos os fins estipulados no presente instrumento, o realizador e/ou produtora declara que (I) é detentor(a), a título universal em caráter irrevogável e irretratável, de todos os direitos patrimoniais sobre a Obra; (II) lhe foram cedidos os direitos de imagem e som dos participantes das mesmas, e dos lugares e/ou coisas que apareçam na Obra; (III) lhe foram cedidos os direitos ou licenças de textos e/ou roteiros que tenham servido de inspiração para a Obra; (IV) lhe foram cedidos os direitos de imagens de arquivo que apareçam na Obra; (V) lhe foram cedidos os direitos de patentes ou licenças para uso de informações de terceiros e (VI) todos os direitos referentes à sincronização da trilha sonora foram negociados e pagos.
7.2 Em virtude do exposto acima, o realizador e/ou produtora, neste ato, isenta o Festival Curta Campo Grande de quaisquer responsabilidades decorrentes ou advindas do objeto do presente regulamento, obrigando-se a assumir as demandas eventualmente existentes e a ressarcir o Festival por quaisquer prejuízos que venha a sofrer em virtude do aqui disposto.
8. DISPOSIÇÕES GERAIS
8.1 A Organização do Festival isenta-se da responsabilidade de custear as despesas de hospedagem, transporte e alimentação dos realizadores das obras selecionadas nas mostras durante suas exibições no Festival.
8.2 Ao inscrever o filme no Festival os realizadores e produtoras declaram, automaticamente, que possuem ciência e estão de acordo com o presente Regulamento.
8.3 Qualquer situação que fuja do conteúdo deste Regulamento, será avaliada pela Organização do Festival e sua decisão é soberana.
REGULATION - CAMPO GRANDE INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL
1. OBJECTIVES
1. 1. Organized by Corixo Produções, the Campo Grande Int’l Short Film
Festival aims to exhibit, promote, disseminate, reflect on, and value short
film production in Brazil, in Mato Grosso do Sul, and worldwide, presenting
the current panorama of the audiovisual field and fostering dialogue between
the productions, filmmakers, and the local community.
2. DATE AND LOCATION
2.1 The second edition of the Campo Grande International Short Film Festival
will be held from October 26 to 31, 2026, in Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul,
Brazil.
3. SUBMISSIONS
3.1 Submissions will take place from May 1 to June 30, 2026.
3.2 Submissions must be made through the following link: https://filmfreeway.com/
CurtaCampoGrande.
3.3 Productions completed in 2025 or 2026 will be accepted, with a minimum
duration of 5 (five) minutes and a maximum of 30 (thirty) minutes, including credits.
3.4 Information will be made available on the website
www.festivalcurtacampogrande.com and on the Festival’s social media
channels. 3.5 All international films submitted must include English subtitles.
4. COMPETITIVE AND PARALLEL SECTIONS
4.1 The Campo Grande International Short Film Festival will feature four competitive
sections: Curta Brasil, Curta MS, International Short, and Curta Doc.
4.2 The Curta Brasil section will consist of Brazilian films, the Curta MS section of
works produced in Mato Grosso do Sul, the Curta Doc section will feature Brazilian
and Mato Grosso do Sul documentaries, and the International Short section will
consist of non-Brazilian films.
4.3 In addition to the competitive sections, parallel sections will also be programmed.
5. FILM SELECTION AND CURATORIAL APPROACH
5.1 The Selection Committee will be composed of professionals with experience in
the field, appointed at the discretion of the Festival Organization, which will also
coordinate its activities.
5.2 The list of selected films will be announced by October 12, 2026, on the Festival’s
website and social media channels.
5.3 In addition to the films selected for the competitive sections, the Festival
Organization may also select films for parallel sections.
5.4 The Selection Committee will adopt the following guiding criteria for the curatorial
approach: a) technical quality; b) artistic quality; c) thematic relevance; d) diversity; e)
regional representation (for films in the national section).
5.5 Films that have not been previously screened in Campo Grande (MS), including
at festivals or public events in the city, will be prioritized.
5.6 Procedures for submitting screening copies of the selected short films and
promotional materials will be detailed upon notification of selection. However, we
emphasize that screening copies must be provided in high-definition digital format
(1920 X 1080 Full HD), and it is recommended that they include accessibility
features.
SOLE PARAGRAPH: The materials submitted for selection will not be returned and
will become part of the archives of the Festival and Corixo Produções, and may be
used exclusively for cultural purposes, with no commercial intent, for the promotion of
the Festival.
5.7 Selected international short films must provide screening copies with Portuguese
subtitles.
6. AWARDS
6.1 The Jury will be responsible for awarding the selected short films screened
during the Festival and will be composed of professionals with recognized experience
in the cultural field.
6.2 The films selected for the Curta Brasil and Curta MS competitive sections will compete for the Tuiuiú Trophy in the following categories:
● Best National Fiction Short Film (Curta Brasil);
● Best Mato Grosso do Sul Fiction Short Film (Curta MS);
● Best Director;
● Best Performance;
● Best Screenplay;
● Best Cinematography;
● Best Art Direction;
● Best Sound Design
● Best Editing
6.3 The films selected for the Curta Doc section will compete for the award for Best
Documentary Short Film, while the films selected for the INTERNATIONAL SHORT section
will compete for the award for Best International Short Film.
6.4 The People’s Jury, composed of the audience attending the screenings, will vote
in the following categories:
• Best National Fiction Short Film (Curta Brasil);
• Best Mato Grosso do Sul Fiction Short Film (Curta MS);
• Best Documentary Short Film (Curta Doc);
• Best International Short Film (Curta Internacional).
6.5 Decisions regarding selection and awards are final and not subject to appeal.
7. OWNERSHIP OF THE WORKS
7.1 For all purposes set forth herein, the filmmaker and/or production company
declares that: (I) it holds, on a universal, irrevocable, and irreversible basis, all
economic rights to the Work; (II) it has obtained the rights to the image and sound of
all participants, as well as of any locations and/or objects appearing in the Work; (III)
it has obtained the rights or licenses to any texts and/or scripts that served as
inspiration for the Work; (IV) it has obtained the rights to any archival footage
appearing in the Work; (V) it has obtained the rights or licenses for the use of third
party information; and (VI) all rights related to the synchronization of the soundtrack
have been duly cleared and paid for.
7.2 In view of the above, the filmmaker and/or production company hereby releases
the Campo Grande International Short Film Festival from any liability arising from or
related to the subject matter of these regulations, undertaking to assume any existing
claims and to indemnify the Festival for any damages it may incur as a result of the
provisions set forth herein.
8. GENERAL PROVISIONS
8.1 The Festival Organization shall not be responsible for covering accommodation,
transportation, or meal expenses of the filmmakers of the selected works during their
screenings at the Festival.
8.2 By submitting a film to the Festival, filmmakers and production companies
automatically declare that they are aware of and agree to these Regulations.
8.3 Any situation not covered by these Regulations will be evaluated by the Festival
Organization, whose decision shall be final.
