CUERPO MEDIADO es el 1er Festival de Videodanza dedicado a la mediación del cuerpo con la tecnología y el lenguaje de la imagen en movimiento de la ciudad de Rosario Argentina. Organizado por la Asoc. COBAI (Coreógrafos, Bailarines e investigadores del movimientos independientes de Rosario) con más de 20 años de trayectoria en gestión en danza, siendo pionera en su ciudad por haber impulsado el cruce de lenguaje y el lenguaje de video danza.////

CUERPO MEDIADO is the First Videodance Festival dedicated to the meeting of the body with technology and the language of the image on movement, of the city of Rosario Argentina. It's organized by COBAI (Choreographers, Dancers and researchers of the independent movements of Rosario) with more than 20 years of experience in dance management, being a pioneer in their city for having promoted the crossing of language and the language of video dance.

Awards & Prizes

Se otorgaran menciones en las diferentes secciones del Festival y todas las obras seleccionadas serán incluidas en la Programación Oficial del Festival. Se podrán ver en las plataformas digitales de la organización como en las de cines públicos y espacios culturales de libre acceso. El material recibido por el festival formará parte del Proyecto Videoteca COBAI con la debida autorización de les participantes. Las obras seleccionadas contarán con los laureles del Festival. ////

Mentions will be awarded in the different sections of the Festival and all the selected works will be included in the Festival's program. They can be seen on the organization's digital platforms as well as in public cinemas and free access cultural spaces. The material received by the festival will be part of the COBAI Video Library Project with the proper authorization of the participants.

Rules & Terms

- La pieza audiovisual debe enviarse exclusivamente a través de la plataforma FilmFreeway
- El formato es video digital (.mp4 ó .mov) - versión original con la mejor calidad de reproducción posible-.
- El mismo no podrá tener una duración mayor a 10 minutos.
- Será estrictamente necesario contar con información de contacto de sus realizadorxs: nombre, e-mail, número de teléfono, red social si la hubiera.
- La suscripción deberá incluir una breve biografía de lx/s artista/s y/o realizadorxs (máx. 400 caracteres c/u)
- Incluir una breve sinopsis de la obra (máx. 400 caracteres).
- La suscripción del material audiovisual, le otorga a Cuerpo Mediado -y sus organizadorxs- el permiso para extraer partes de la obra seleccionada, para ser difundidos con fines promocionales, y en otras actividades relacionadas al Festival.
- Realizadorxs y artistas de una obra, si es seleccionada, acuerdan proporcionar a la organización del Festival material de marketing, información y los archivos del video en los formatos requeridos, en determinados plazos.
- Usted reconoce que al enviar su obra audiovisual al Festival, de ser seleccionada, Cuerpo Mediado puede incorporarla el Proyecto de Videoteca de COBAI.
- La inscripción es gratuita para los cortometrajes latinoamericanos y para el resto de los países tendrá un valor de 10 dólares.

- The film must be submitted exclusively through the FilmFreeway platform
- It must be digital video format (.mp4 or .mov) - the original version with the best possible reproduction quality.
- Its length shouldn't surpass 10 minutes.
- Submission of an entry gives Cuerpo Mediado and its organizers permission to have excerpts of accepted work, shown in all promotional activities related to the festival.
-The artist, if selected, agrees to provide festival organisers with marketing materials, information and video files in the requested formats by given deadlines.
- You acknowledge that by submitting your film to the festival, that if selected, Cuerpo Mediado may incorporate the film in the COBAI's Video Library Project.
- Registration is free for Latin American short films and for other countries it will cost 10 dollars.
