Courtney is an alumni of The Groundlings Sunday Company, USC and CSULB. She writes and performs sketch, musical sketch, stand-up and she created a live, Speed Dating Show for Characters, that happens bi-monthly in Hollywood. She has written many short films that have been Official Selections of Film Festivals including The Philadelphia Women’s Film Festival, California Women’s Film Festival, the Hollywood Reel Independent Film Festival among others. The short she created for a New York cashmere company was featured in New York Fashion Week. Her script, "Grilled Cheese," was produced by Chap Three, for their project, City Kitties, which featured 52 films by 52 women. Her first feature coming of age comedy screenplay has been selected for the Nostos Screenwriting Retreat In Italy in October.
