Thank you to the CONTENT Team for including The List in the 2025 Festival! Even though our team was not able to attend in person, it was an absolute honor to be a part of the programming! Tim provided excellent communication and reminders and I felt taken care of at every step. It is easy to see that this is an extremely well-organized festival with amazing opportunities to sharpen skills, be encouraged, and fellowship with filmmakers! Thank you CONTENT! I am looking forward to attending in person in the future!

Beware! When you enter, you MUST attend the festival to win. “You or a rep must be present with a CONTENT2025 full registration or day pass for your project to be eligible for awards.” This festival requires you to fly to Dallas, rent a car, drive to Poolville, Texas, and book a hotel room for at least one night. Additionally, you are required to wear formal attire and pay for a ticket to attend the awards ceremony. As a nominee screenwriter, I would need to spend nearly a thousand dollars just to find out if I won. This situation implies that the festival values financial contributions over actual merit. This is particularly disappointing, especially for a Christian festival.

    October 2025
    Response from festival:

Shelley, we are so sorry you feel this way. We want you to know that at any time you can have someone who is attending accept the award for you, if you win. Also our rules are on the front page of our page on film freeway. Blessing to you and your screenwriting.

Love Tim and Company at Christian Media. This year was populated by a lot of folks that were just getting started and hungry for classes and mentors. There were a solid group of us that have been in the biz for a while so, it was exciting to see how many folks are looking for those contacts that can help you get to the next level. So many really great classes and workshops. So many wonderful connections. We LOVE Content!
