Coast To Coast Theatrical Tour is a one of a kind Festival offering the opportunity for selected short films to open for an Award Winning Feature Film that will be released theatrically this summer. The selected films will tour with the Feature, playing at select cities and theaters across the country. This unique platform allows filmmakers to present their films in front of a live audience, offering exposure and the chance to be part of a larger cinematic experience.

Event Dates: The Feature Film will premiere and begin it's Theatrical run on June 13th. The subsequent tour will continue till the weekend of August 17th. Selected Shorts will open for the Feature and play during the THEATRICAL RUN - JUNE 13TH-AUGUST 17TH. Specific screening details below:

Selection Process:
All submitted short films will be reviewed and scored by our selection committee. The highest scoring films will then be considered for selection. There are two categories in which films may be selected.

1) Winning Selects: will be announced during the Official Premiere of the feature in Beverly Hills. They will open for the feature and have a minimum of two screenings. during the tour.

2) Official Selects: will open for the feature and screen at least once during the tour.

Winning selects will also receive entry and All-Access Passes to the Red Carpet premiere of the Feature Film in Beverly Hills.

All selected films will receive complimentary tickets to the first week run of the Feature Film in Beverly Hills.

Jury Selected Awards - Nominations will be announced prior to the event date. All Nominated Films will be considered for the Winner Select Category.

Submissions:
All films must have a running time of 25 minutes or less.
All films including films in a different language must be submitted in English or with English subtitles to be screened.
Entries must be submitted via FilmFreeway with a secure online screener.
Submissions accepted from any country.
We do not require premiere status or a completed by date.
All submission fees are non-refundable
Submitters must own all the rights of the short film.
Not all submissions received will be selected for Coast to Coast Theatrical Tour.
Works in progress may be submitted, although there is no guarantee that any updated version of the film will be viewed before selection determination is made.

Underrepresented Voices Submissions:
Submission must be either directed or produced by a Filmmaker of Color, Female, LGBTQ+, or a First Time Filmmaker to be eligible.

Unproduced Scripts Submissions:
Script may be any length and any genre.
At time of submission script must be unproduced.

Selections and Notification:
Programming decisions are made by the selection committee. If accepted, we will notify filmmakers by email.

Terms and Conditions:
The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations. All necessary consents, licensing, and approvals have been obtained. Excerpts of accepted films and all promotional materials may be used for various CTCTT promotional purposes, including but not limited to local, national and international press and electronic media. The submitter(s) shall indemnify and hold harmless CTCTT from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the exhibition formats entered.
