Music Video Competition Internal Regulations
I/ Conditions of participation
To participate in the Music Video competition at the Clips de Paname Festival, simply register through the platform by filling out the required information and paying the 10-euro participation fee.
It is possible to apply with multiple clips by paying the participation fee for each clip.
Submitted clips must not exceed 15 minutes in duration and must have been produced on or after January 1st, 2024.
Participants in the clip festival must have authorization from the rights holders of the music used in the clip they are submitting. The association Clap de Paname disclaims any responsibility if music has been used without the consent or authorization of the rights holders.
II/ Selection Process
Once the application period has ended, the organizers will review all the music videos received to select those that will make up the official selection. A jury will award several prizes during the festival.
The association Clap de Paname will not provide any details about its choices, which remain at its discretion.
III/ Acceptance of the Regulations
Submitting a project to the Clips de Paname festival organized by the association Clap de Paname implies full and unconditional acceptance of these regulations.
Clap de Paname reserves the right to modify or cancel the conditions and will not be held liable for any consequences. In such cases, it will ensure that the applicants are informed as soon as possible.
IV/ Data Protection and Privacy
The personal information collected as part of this process will be handled in accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, known as the "Data Protection Act."
Under this law, participants have the right to access, modify, correct, and delete their personal data.
V/ Image Rights
The selected participants authorize the association Clap de Paname to take photos and videos and to use them for promotional and communication purposes on the website www.clapdepaname.com and on the association’s social media platforms.

Any application without payment of the participation fee will be rejected.
Submitted films must not exceed 30 minutes in duration and must have been produced on or after January 1st, 2024.
