Project Plan and Audience Development Plan
The entire project Plan is structured on Film promotion and marketing, key to our objectives with Public Screening, the project will develop and engage audience through its authenticity and high competence level in delivering the public screening, to emotionally suture the audience into the story by creating characters and situations that generate interests and reliability.
Project Benefit. The Project will be extremely beneficial to the community because Kangala District is one of the marginalised communities and filming industry is new to this communities.
Benefit to the film makers. Screenings are a way for the producers to assess the commercial viability of and exposure of a film as well as assess director's creativity and pay homage to the stories people love.
To promote the screening unveiling, team at clear screen comprises of highly qualified individuals with recommendable experience.
Type of Audience and Classification
Segmentation of targeted audience includes demographic, socio-graphic and psychographic. We will prepare a contact list of potential audience members via social media platforms.
General public - little to no prior knowledge or understanding.
Students - younger people expected to learn about the topic.
Undergraduate students - people who are learning more about a topic.
Professionals who work in the field / subject / discipline - people who use the topic every day.

The NDFS Content will takes place from 05 July - 28 August 2025 The Shop will be presented on the digital market platform.

The NDFS will select projects that are completed (ready to be presented or in post-production) in the following categories:

- Fiction Feature Films ready to screen or in advanced post-production stages;
- Fiction Short Films ready to screen or in advanced post-production stages;
- Documentary Films (both feature and short length) ready to screen or in advanced post-production stages;
- Series (Web and Television) ready to screen or in advanced post-production stages.
- Animation Fiction Feature Films ready to screen or in advanced post-production stages;
- Animation Fiction Short Films (up to 55 minutes) ready to screen or in advanced post-production stages;

Selected projects will be presented the big screen tour.

Classification of target audiences:
Age range - e.g., 13 -60 yrs. old.

Gender - All
Location of residence - living in Dr JS Moroka Municipality (Siyabuswa), Thembisile Hani Municipality Kwamhlanga (Phola), Kwaggafontein in and around Emalahleni (Witbank).
Education Level - Semi educated, Arts and Film Graduates and Socioeconomic status

Who is eligible to submit projects into the NDFS?
producer, director, or writer is an Mpumalanga citizen. Proof of citizenship or birth must be provided through a certified copy of a valid African passport/ birth certificate.

What are the submission requirements?
The NDFS will select projects that are completed (ready to be presented) or in post-production

fee for submission is non refundable.
