Cinematica Festival

RECIPIENTS
Artists of all ages and nationalities (including artists associated) in the different sections indicated below with a resume assets of at least three years of professional experience (post training).

SECTIONS
We accept videodance works of a maximum duration of 10 minutes. Works will be selected that have a strong focus on editing in relation to choreography or that convey a sense of movement (not necessarily human and choreographic in the strict sense) through the language of cinema and/or animation. There are two sections:
• Video dance projects. We also accept animation, short films and 360° films with a strong focus on any type of movement, human and metahuman. -
• AI-generated video dance films. Works developed entirely or in part with the help of AI that experiment with the possibilities of creating dance films in a synthetic way but with an embodied gaze.

Deadline 13 September 2026. Please be sure to have all the materials requested before sending the inscription.

COPYRIGHT
Subjecting the work, the participant accepts that it can be presented at the Festival and that the material will be published on the festival website or given to the press for promotional purposes. It authorizes the Cinematica Festival and the organizing Association (Ventottozerosei) to store the material and make it available through the Festival web site.
The finalists of the XIII edition will be screened in side events on other festival partners. All images rights of the project will remain to the artist. The Organization is also authorized to document through the holding of the event at every stage audio video recordings or images.
