Ao realizar a sua inscrição você automaticamente está concordando com esta carta acordo. Leia com atenção antes de inscrever seu filme.
1. A presente Carta Acordo tem como objeto a autorização de uso, com a finalidade de
exibição no Cine Tornado Festival, da obra fílmica:___________________________________, cuja a totalidade dos direitos, inclusive de propriedade intelectual e autoral pertence a ______________________________________________diretor/produtor/ distribuidor e responsável legal pela inscrição.
2. A curadoria tem previsão de realizar exibições dos filmes acima citados em Curitiba,
São Paulo e Internacionalmente em datas ainda a serem definidas (compreendendo o período de 2019/2021). Compondo quando possível, duas exibições por cidade brasileira ou país estrangeiro, totalizando o máximo de 6 exibições, ficando a curadoria como única responsável pela distribuição dos filmes na programação de cada localidade, estando vinculada a exibição pelo Cine Tornado Festival.
3. As inscrições realizadas até o dia 5 de Setembro serão avaliadas para exibição em 2019, 6ª Edição. As inscrições realizadas a partir do dia 6 de Setembro serão avaliadas para 7ª Edição, com exibição em 2020. A reabertura do edital para a 7ª Edição ficará disponível de 16 de janeiro de 2020 a 16 de junho de 2020.
4. A mídia deve seguir os formatos previstos no Vimeo - https://vimeo.com/help/compression - dando preferência para qualidade de 1080p e bitrate de 10,000 a 20,000, H 264, enquadramento 1920x1080 pixels, formato de saída obrigatoriamente em 16:9 para arquivos digitais.
5. Todo filme internacional deve ser legendado em português (BR). E todos os filmes em português (BR) devem ser enviados sem legendas. Somente no caso de uma exposição internacional a organização Cine Tornado entrará em contato solicitando o filme com legendas em inglês.
6. O filme deve estar disponível para download no formato acima, desde o momento da inscrição até a definição da programação da exibição no site do Cine Tornado Festival (https://cinetornadofestival.wixsite.com/cinema), caso contrário a inscrição será considerada nula.
7. O produtor/diretor/ responsável legal pela inscrição deverá disponibilizar para o Cine Tornado Festival imagens pessoais e excertos dos filmes para divulgação em canais abertos/fechados ou em redes sociais, enviando o material com a identificação nos créditos do autor das imagens.
8. Pela autorização dos do(s) filme (s) acima citados pelo prazo acordado, nos termos do presente instrumento a curadoria e o Cine Tornado Festival ficam isentos de pagamento ao diretor/produtor/ responsável legal referente aos direitos de exibição e direitos autorais, considerando nesse aspecto os materiais disponibilizados para divulgação e o próprio filme inscrito. (Caso contrário, o diretor/produtor ou detentor do direito da obra deve manifestar-se por escrito subscrevendo este documento, tornando sem efeito o item 8, anunciando o valor a ser cobrado pelo conjunto das exibições), em até 45 dias antes da exibição, sem poder reclamar sobre esse tópico após esse período.
9. A curadoria do Cine Tornado Festival poderá divulgar no site os materiais de divulgação e quando possível o Clipping decorrente desta divulgação.em outras mídias.
10. Cada filme corresponde a uma inscrição e a uma taxa de inscrição, por favor verificar adequadamente em qual categoria e formato o seu filme se ajusta. Fica reservado a curadoria do Cine Tornado Festival alterar a categoria de inscrição quando considerar necessário. Mas, a curadoria não poderá alterar a inscrição referente ao tamanho do filme. Filmes inscritos inadequadamente em tamanhos não correspondente ao tamanho do arquivo terão a inscrição anulada. A taxa de inscrição não será devolvida sob nenhum pretexto.
11. Categorias por metragem:
• Curta-metragem: de 1 a 20 minutos
• Média-metragem: de 21 minutos a 60 minutos
• Longa-metragem: mais de 61 minutos

CONTRACT CINE TORNADO FESTIVAL 2020
1. This contract authorizes Cine Tornado Festival to screen the following audio-visual work: _______________________, whose all rights, including copyright and intellectual property belongs to the director / producer or distribution and legal responsible for inscription. By completing your application, you are automatically agreeing to this agreement letter. Read carefully before submitting your film.
2. The curator is expected to hold views of the above mentioned films in Festival making where possible two screenings in Brazilian cities or a foreign country in which the festival is invited to screen its submitted films, totaling a maximum of 6 exhibitions between 2019-2021, in which the curator as the sole and exclusive responsible for the distribution of films in the programming each location.
3. Entries made until September 5th will be evaluated for exhibition in 2019, 6th Edition. Entries made from September 6 will be evaluated for the 7th Edition, with exhibition in 2020. The reopening call for entries in 7th Edition will be available from January 16, 2020 to June 16, 2020.
4. The media must follow the formats provided for in Vimeo - https://vimeo.com/help/compression - giving preference to 1080p quality and bitrate from 10,000 to 20,000, H 264, framing 1920x1080 pixels, output format mandatory in 16: 9 for digital files.
5. Every international film must be subtitled in Portuguese (BR). And all films in Portuguese (BR) must be sent without subtitles. Only in the case of an international exhibition will the Cine Tornado organization contact you requesting the film with English subtitles.
6. The film must be available for download from the entry until the definition of the exhibition schedule on the Cine Tornado Festival website (https://cinetornadofestival.wixsite.com/cinema), otherwise the registration will be considered null.
7. The producer / director / legal responsible for the registration must make available to Cine Tornado Festival personal images and excerpts from the films for dissemination on open / closed channels or on social networks, sending the material with the identification in the credits of the author of the images.
8. By the authorization of the film (s) mentioned above for the agreed term, under the terms of this instrument, the curatorship and the Cine Tornado Festival are exempt from payment to the director / producer / legal guardian regarding the exhibition rights and copyright, considering in this respect the materials made available for dissemination and the film itself registered. (Otherwise, the director / producer or right holder of the work must manifest itself in writing by subscribing to this document, rendering item 8 ineffective, announcing the amount to be charged for the set of exhibitions), up to 45 days before the exhibition , without being able to complain about that topic after that time.
9. The curatorship of Cine Tornado Festival can publicize promotional materials on the website and social networks and clip other resulting from this disclosure.
10. Each film corresponds to an entry and an entry fee, please check accordingly in which category and format your film fits. The curatorship of the Cine Tornado Festival is reserved to change the registration category when deemed necessary. But the curatorship will not be able to change the inscription regarding the size of the film. Films improperly entered in sizes not corresponding to the file size will be unsubscribed. Registration fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
11.Film rating
Short: 1 to 20 minutes;
Mid-length: 21 to 60 minutes;
Feature: 61 minutes or more.
