CinePulse consists of 2 IMDb Qualifying Award Events in the Spring and Fall, and the in person Annual CinePulse Independent Film Festival in January where your film has the opportunity to vie for prestigious accolades and substantial cash prizes and distribution opportunities, acknowledging the dedication and creativity inherent in every project. Winners of each CinePulse Awards Event will automatically be entered into the CinePulse International Film Festival.

Awards & Prizes

CINEPULSE AWARDS (SPRING/FALL)
- All category winners will receive: Certificates with Laurels for and automatic entry to the CinePulse Film Festival.
- Some categories may include additional prizes from co-sponsors.
- Best Feature & Best Short winners will also receive a cash & sponsor prizes

CINEPULSE INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL (JANUARY)
- Films have the opportunity to vie for prestigious accolades and
substantial cash prizes and distribution opportunities.
- Some categories may include additional prizes from co-sponsors.
- Additional awards presented at the festival are the Jury Award and Audience Award. Prizes and winners will be announced on the closing night of the festival.
- Films accepted into the CinePulse International Film Festival will receive two (2) festival passes per submitted film, allowing free access to all festival films and panels. They will also be granted admittance to either the “Opening Night Event” or the “Closing Night Award Show”, and in some cases both.

Rules & Terms

1. Films must be submitted via an online screener ONLY. We do not accept films submitted by physical copy.
2. All films must submit to a MAIN Overall or Genre category to be eligible for a cast or crew award. (i.e. you must submit to the "Best Feature" category to submit to "Best Director - Feature" category)
3. Submission implies acceptance of terms, including representation of ownership and rights to exhibit the film, and acknowledgment of no confidential relationship with the festival.
4. Submitters grant the festival rights to use film footage, stills, titles, and information for promotional purposes. All submitted photos must be clearly labeled and may be used in any festival promotions.
5. Non-English language produced films must have English subtitles or be dubbed in English.
6. Selected films cannot associate with non-official sponsors without the festival's consent.
7. Submitters agree to indemnify the festival against any claims arising from the exhibition of the film.
8. Filmmakers or screenwriters accepted and are attending the in-person festival are responsible for travel, lodging, and all other expenses.
9. All submissions must have been completed after January 1, 2021
10. The CinePulse Awards reserves the right to change any stated information, eligibility and submission guidelines, terms and conditions of entry, and entry information at any time, without notice.
11. Entry fees are non-refundable.
12. Waiver codes are not offered at this time.
