General Rules :

Films can be submitted in any language
Films can be in any production year
Subtitles is not compulsory as we have translator .
Filmmaker can submit their many films in any given category

Committee Rules:

Entries of the Films Without Payment is not accepted.
After the registration , the entry fees will not be refunded.
The Decision of the jury will be final regarding the Awards
No Argument from any Filmmakers regarding the decision from the committee or the jury will be entertained
