Validity Period: The all-weekend pass grants access to all film screenings and related events held during the entire duration of the festival weekend, from Friday through Sunday.
Non-transferable: The pass is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual to whom it is issued. Pass holders may be required to present valid identification along with their pass for entry to screenings and events.
Entry to Screenings: Pass holders are entitled to entry to all film screenings scheduled during the festival weekend, subject to availability and venue capacity. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Access to Special Events: In addition to film screenings, the pass grants access to any special events, workshops, panels, or Q&A sessions scheduled during the festival weekend, unless otherwise specified.
Restrictions: The pass does not guarantee entry to invitation-only events or screenings with limited capacity unless explicitly stated otherwise. Pass holders may need to acquire separate tickets for such events, subject to availability.
Lost or Stolen Passes: The festival organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen passes. Pass holders are advised to keep their passes in a safe place and report any lost or stolen passes to festival staff immediately.
Refunds and Exchanges: All-weekend passes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of event cancellation by the festival organizers. In such instances, pass holders may be entitled to a refund or exchange at the discretion of the organizers.
Code of Conduct: Pass holders are expected to adhere to the festival's code of conduct and respect the rights of other attendees, filmmakers, and festival staff. Any behavior deemed disruptive or disrespectful may result in revocation of the pass without refund.
Right to Amend: Festival organizers reserve the right to amend or modify these rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to pass holders via the festival website, email, or other official channels.
