Rules & Terms

Submissions must be produced in the New England area. Films must be no more than 30 minutes in length, will be screened for excessive gratuitous content.

    A fun and cool one-day festival intended for local filmmakers. Suitable for both school film projects and films created by those with more experience. Patrick was great at communicating, and he and his team did a great job organizing and running the event. Thanks CSFF!

    The Chelmsford event was welcoming and well-managed by Patrick Snow, the director. There was a nice follow-up to the screening with a Q&A and discussion with the filmmakers. This was an enjoyable stand-out festival!
