Changing Face International Film Festival

We are excited to invite you to take part in our 7th season! We are looking for thought-provoking and engaging films, web series, and screenplays that are part of the changing face of film.

From April to September we award Film of the Month and Screenplay of the Month. The winners get a prize pack and become Official Selections for our annual festival at the end of 2023.

Honourable Mentions and Official Selections will be announced in early December 2023.

- Submissions are open to everyone.
- Films must have been made on or after the 1st of January 2021.
- No premiere status is required.
- The payment of an entrance fee is required.
- Entry fees are non-refundable.
- By submitting your film to Changing Face International Film Festival you are confirming you own the rights to the film.
- Changing Face International Film Festival will not be held responsible for any copyright infringements, the submitting filmmaker acknowledges this is their responsibility.
- All films submitted must have subtitles available in English.
- By submitting your film you acknowledge that Changing Face International Film Festival reserves the right to promote your film and other social media links on our website and social media.
- By submitting your film you give permission to Changing Face International Film Festival to publicly screen your film as part of our festival program if your film is selected.
- There are currently no monthly screenings.
- Changing Face International Film Festival reserves the right to change the category of your film or screenplay submission.

- Entry does not guarantee acceptance into the festival.
- By Submitting to Changing Face International Film Festival you agree to be put on our mailing list.
- The Changing Face International Film Festival Producing company, Moon Bureau, and Festival Director hold the right to execute decisions about matters not provided by these rules.
