This is a festival dedicated to short films & short screenplays. Trophies and certificates are awarded to the top 3 films and scripts in each category.
Takes place in Calcasieu Parish. This year it will be at the Brimstone Museum Annex in Sulphur, LA.

Awards & Prizes

The top 3 films and scripts in each category will receive a trophy and certificate.
The awards will be presented at the festival during our awards ceremony. If you win but are not present at the awards ceremony, your award can be shipped to you for a fee to cover packaging and shipping.

Rules & Terms

Films & scripts must be your original work and must have been completed within the last 2 years. Make sure you own the rights to all the images and music within your film before submitting.

    I love going to the Calcasieu Parish film festivals! The organizers do such a great job of curating and making everyone feel welcomed. It's always a great time. I'm very grateful that they accepted three of my videos this year. <3

    Although I was not able to attend in person, I am very impressed with the communication and organization of this festival. I remotely followed the events as best I could, and it seemed that there was a lot going on! I would have loved to of been there. Yes I would definitely recommend this festival to other filmmakers! đź‘Ť

    Thanks for selecting “Enter the Room” into your festival. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to attend the festival in person, but but communication was prompt, clear and I received everything I needed. I had a very good experience overall and will definitely consider submitting future projects to this festival.
