Really enjoyed attending the innagural Calcasieu Parish Short Film Festival. The venue was charming, the hospitality supburb and the films screened were terrific. I was honored and humbled to be awarded best short doc and share my film, “Monster in the Bayou” with my fellow filmmakers and the community!

It was an honor to be included in the Calcasieu Parish Short Film Festival. I want to say Thank You for showing my film “Roses are Read” and supporting Veterans with their struggles with PTSD.

  • We had a short film play in this festival as well as a short screenplay I wrote that took third prize. I'd recommend this festival, not only because the festival organizers are terrific, but because Lake Charles, LA is a breathtaking place to visit!
