Badges and privileges may be revoked at any time for any reason at Coven Film Festival's sole discretion, without any liability to Coven Film Festival. By purchasing a badge, ticket, or other CFF materials, you hereby release and hold harmless Coven Film Festival and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, successors, assigns, and licensees, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims resulting in connection with an Coven Film Festival event.
You are solely responsible for ensuring Coven Film Festival receives full payment for any Coven Film Festival purchases you make. If such payment cannot be charged to your credit card, or if a charge is refunded for any reason, including chargeback, you agree we reserve the right to cancel your order. If you have already received your Badge you agree to immediately correct any payment errors upon notice of such error. COVEN Film Festival reserves the right to collect a $100 administrative fee in addition to any unpaid amounts in connection with any bad checks or uncorrected payment problems.

What is the COVEN Film Festival?
Our festival is devoted to short films by emerging women and non-binary filmmakers from the San Francisco Bay Area and around the world.
When and where does the COVEN Film Festival take place?
January 10-12, 2020 in San Francisco, CA. All film screenings take place at Roxie Theater, in the heart of Japantown. The Networking Party , Filmmakers Lounge and Awards Party are located at the nearby Hotel Kabuki. More information can be found on our HOME page.

What kind of weather can I expect during the Festival?
San Francisco weather in February is unpredictable, but it can be rainy and chilly, ranging from 61°H to 48°L. It's definitely a good idea to check the weather online a few days before you arrive.
Where can I find a hotel room for my stay in San Francisco during the Festival?
The nearby Phoenix has special room rates for COVEN. Use the code. Rates change daily.
What should I do to ensure that I get a seat at the Festival screenings?
Ticket and pass holders need to be in line 15 minutes prior to show time to guarantee admission, otherwise you cannot be guaranteed a seat, even with a ticket or a pass.
Can I bring food or drinks into the screenings?
No, please purchase these from our sponsor, Roxie, at the concessions stand.
Can I get a last minute ticket to the Festival?
Last-minute tickets (also known as RUSH tickets) may become available for purchase just before showtime, when advance tickets have sold out. A rush line will form outside the venue, usually one hour before showtime. Approximately ten minutes prior to the screening, empty seats are counted and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis to those in the rush line. Rush tickets will only be sold to those actually waiting in line at the time of sale. Please be advised that not all shows at rush will have tickets released.
What's the refund policy?
COVEN has a no-refund policy. Feel free to share an unused ticket/pass with a friend if you can’t make it.

We're committed to making every COVEN Film Festival a safe and productive environment for everyone.
This code of conduct applies to everyone attending the COVEN Film Festival. This includes, but is not limited to, staff, press, filmmakers, vendors, volunteers, speakers, party guests, and ticket holders at all venues directly or tangentially connected to the Event.
Our Festival is committed to creating an environment where creative and challenging voices are heard and celebrated. We reserve the right to revoke, without notice or refund, the Festival credentials or tickets of anyone found in violation of the below.
Out of respect for all guests and staff, you agree to refrain from:
Fighting, physical assault, taunting, or threatening in any way.
Harassment, discrimination, racism, sexism, ageism, or being inconsiderate or vulgar.
Entering venues with, or being under the influence of, illegal drugs.
Bringing in alcohol not purchased from our venue, or being in possession of alcohol under the age of 21.
Carrying or displaying a weapon of any kind, real or toy.
Being in possession of a video- or audio-recording device.
Operating a cell phone or electronic light-emitting device during a film or event.
Disrupting a film or event.
Damaging or attempting to vandalize Festival venues.
Smoking, including electronic cigarettes or smokeless tobacco.
By entering our venues you agree to:
Be kind and courteous to all guests and staff.
Limit movement in and out of your seat during films.
Avoid obstructing the view of other audience members.
Be courteous to venue neighbors when entering and leaving, especially late at night.
Be respectful if another guest asks you to stop what they feel is intimidating or harassing behavior.
Consume alcoholic beverages only in a responsible manner.
Comply with requests from Festival staff.
Our entire code of conduct comes down to this: Be polite and respect each others' boundaries. We want to foster a fun and social atmosphere where people can chat with their favorite directors, writers, and actors. COVEN is a place to make connections, find support, and build community.
Violation of this code of conduct will result in immediate removal without refund.
