Serving as Mumbai’s upcoming Premier Film Festival, the CIC International Film Festival is founded to showcase Mumbai and Bollywood as the Biggest Film Industry across the world. With an aim to exhibit the most captivating and innovative content, the two day festival is slated to happen in October, 2024.

Breaking all stereotypes, CICIFF's mission is to present quality films from around the world as well as support, recognize and honor film makers. CICIFF festival intends to connect the film fans and movies goers with the world, especially the serious filmmaker and their associates so as to bring about greater understanding of the art of film making.

The two day CIC International Film Festival will be a “Free for All” film festival for audiences to enjoy films from various countries including Germany, Italy, UK, USA, Russia, Bangladesh, Iran, Poland in English and the country's own languages. Indian regional language films like Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Bhojpuri, and in south Indian language including Malayalam, Tamil, Telegu and Kannada will be showcased.

Rules & Terms

Entries to the CIC International Film Festival will be considered only on receipt of Submission Entry Fee as mentioned and through FilmFreeway.

Entries are Open to filmmakers worldwide, all genres and lengths depending on the categories mentioned.

- Filmmakers can submit more than one entry to the festival in any category.
- All films that are not in English must have English language subtitles.
- Each entry must be a separate submission which includes form and payment for each submission.
- The Festival reserves the right to determine eligibility of any work submitted.
- Entry fees are payable through FilmFreeway payment systems and are non-refundable.
- The decision of the Festival committee will be final and binding.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR SUBMISSION & PARTICIPATION
The festival will not interact with anyone except the submitter and/ or the producer of the film. If any person - be it the actor, writer, director or anyone from the production crew tries to forcibly extract information about the status of the film from the festival authorities, the festival will have absolute rights to >>DISQUALIFY THE FILM<< from competition and/ or screening which you may kindly note. At the same time, the festival may take the decision to ban the production house completely from sending entries to the future editions of the festival.

    One of the best festivals and I would surely recommend it. The communication was great and its value for money.
    Honestly speaking, I wasn't expecting this kind of a transparency as I have seen at quite a few film festivals that they have their own curated films but they invite entries to make fast money.
    Be it one that has the word Jury in its title but I wonder if there was any jury as they preferred not to disclose the names of the Jury.
    Not only that, the festival director was directly involved with films that were a part of the festival and were even announced as Winners.
    But honestly, CIC is different. They are not only transparent but even honest with their ratings. Keep up the good work.

    Many thanks for recognising and an award for our film "THE FILMMAKER" . Definitely worth sending your film here as they look at all the films carefully and appreciate where its needed to be. One big downside I felt, was that there is no communication on award trophy that I could collect from. Sent few emails but no response what so ever.

    We did send you the communication and asked to send us your Indian address along with the courier fee. But we did not hear from you. Rather you insisted that someone would collect from our office. Please understand that was just not possible. We still have your trophy with us. Kindly pay the courier fees and the Indian address (as you are based in Australia) and we will see that the same is delivered.

I had a good experience overall and will consider submitting future projects to Cafe Irani Chaii International Film Festival.
