CIFF is all about celebration of film craft as a tool for reflection, change and activism showcasing cinematic expressions from across the globe. We enable filmmakers from around the world to present their work at CHINH INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL. CIFF does not put any restrictions on genres and topics of entries.

Born in 2007 in the backdrop of 60th year of India’s Independence, CHINH INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL is all about respecting the culture and diversity. The festival is at a cross over stage from non-competition to competition in this 15th edition.

The USP of the film festival is JURY of eminent EDUCATORS from all streams.
The evaluation of the every film is quiet methodical and in-depth.

The festival needs YOUR FILM and YOU too. Once your film is nominated, we will initiate collaboration with your Embassy in New Delhi, India to take care of your accommodation during the film festival dates in New Delhi.

All genres are accepted with a maximum length of 120 minutes.

The winners will be announced at the event, on our website, and on social media during the last day of the CHINH INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL

1. The film had to be made after January 1, 2018.
2. The film does not have to be premiere.
3. The awarded films and the ones qualified for the competitive categories would become part of CHINH International Film Cooperative intended to screen the films in schools, educational institutions, libraries, NGOs working for disadvantaged groups and CHINH chapters.
4. Selection of the films would entirely be on discretion of Advisory Board of CHINH INDIA
5. The music tracks used in the film should be original or be cleared of copyright by the filmmaker or producer. The festival would not be responsible for any copyright violation vis-a-vis music rights for screening the film.
