C Film Fest© is where Movies, Television, Music and Internet content producers come together to join forces like never before to discuss the dynamics and inter-connection of images and music and to see their works on a "BIG SCREEN" in a state-of-the-art movie theater. OFFICIAL REGULATIONS
Submission Guidelines
1. Short Films entries 15 seconds to 20 minutes "are eligible"
2. Films must be submitted Digitally by FilmFreeway only. This is a film festival and films accepted into consideration and will be selected from all films in their category. "ACCEPTANCE" only means your project will be "Judged For Official Selection Into the Festival, and It Will Go Through A Full Examination Process".
"Please note: Not all projects submitted are accepted into the Filmfest for official screenings."
3. Music Videos and Music entries must be original productions, tracks, scores, songs or lyrics. By law, music must not infringe on any copyrights. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING THE LEGAL RIGHTS IN YOUR PROJECT.
4. Applicant confirms and warrants their legal authority to submit the film, music, screenplay or photos and/or works etc. in the entry and other materials to the C Film Fest and Music Festival.
5. Applicant deems they are fully responsible for the use of all music, images, graphics, and content in the film or music entered in the C Film Fest and Music Festival. By submitting your film or music into the C FILM FEST© and Music Festival, you agree to take full responsibility and liability and for any and all damages associated with the showing of the film or broadcast of the music entered into the festival.
6. Entrant will allow usage of MOVIE, FILM, VIDEO, PHOTO clips from the film or music for promotional use on the internet, television, radio, in print, and at live C Film Fest and Music Festival events.
7. All entries must be either in English or contain English subtitles.
Non-English entries submitted without subtitles are not eligible. "No Refunds Allowed for submissions not following these rules."
8. Only complete entries by FilmFreeway and all films must included their password to download.
9. You will be notified if your submission is "Accepted into C FILM FEST© and Music Festival.
ROUND 1: If your project is "ACCEPTED", the C FILM FEST© Judges will begin reviewing it along with the "ACCEPTED Projects" to select the "Official Selections to be Screened in the 2021 C Film Fest."
ROUND 2: You will be notified if your project is considered as an "Official Selection." Once the "Official Selections" have been chosen, "Official Selections" will be a part of the Final Judging for the 2021 C FILM FEST© Winners! Only 10 will win a trophy. Finalists will get a Certificate.
ROUND 3: The 2021 C FILM FEST© Official Selections: films, videos, and screenplays will be announced!
The "2021 C Film Fest© Official Selections Winning Projects" will be listed for screenings, and the Screening Schedule announced via email and press release. Press releases, photos, and trailers maybe are featured in advertising, commercials, on our websites and Internet Channels.
All 2022 C FILM FEST© Finalist Winners "MUST BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE THEIR AWARD". C FILM FEST© WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING AWARDS. IF YOU ARE NOT PRESENT AND WE NEVER RECEIVE ANY MESSAGE THAT YOU ARE NOT COMING, THE AWARD WILL BE PRESENTED TO THE NEXT WINNER IN THAT CATEGORY.

PLEASE NOTE: The C Film Fest - Excludes porn films! "DOES NOT" and 'WILL NOT" accept these types of projects. X-Rated, Nudity, and porn films WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM REVIEW! please do not submit these types of films as your entries.
