Le CongoFilmz Festival & Awards (CFA) est un événement annuel prestigieux en République démocratique du Congo qui a pour but de reconnaître et de commémorer avec élégance le talent et la créativité au Congo, en Afrique et dans le monde, en mettant l'accent sur la diversité culturelle. Cette plateforme internationale a pour but d'élever la réputation de ses participants estimés, d'exposer l'art et la culture et de promouvoir le tourisme. Le CFA a pour objectif de cultiver un sens du professionnalisme à travers la compétition et d'aspirer à se positionner comme un événement cinématographique de premier plan, comparable au Festival de Cannes et aux Oscars, au cours de la prochaine décennie.

Rules & Terms

We cordially invite filmmakers from the Congo, other African countries, including their diaspora, and from all over the world to submit narrative fiction, documentary, animated films, television and web series of any length.
Congolese films are cinematographic works produced by the Congolese and Congolese diaspora.
In order for the film to qualify as a Congolese film, it must be made by a Producer or Director from the Congo (such as the Republic of the Congo, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and their Diaspora). All films from other African countries, their Diaspora, and the rest of the world are considered to be international.
