1.) Accepted filmmakers receive a free cruise (Tax included) a $296 value. If they purchase an ad in our program with their screening times we will offer them to share a room with their significant other or fellow cast/crew members paying only PORT TAX. Filmmakers will receive VIP seating to all screenings and seminars. This festival will be open to all passengers with our filmmakers and administrators receiving priority seating.
2.) If the filmmaker does not wish to purchase an ad in the program they will be sharing a stateroom with another filmmaker also screening at CENFLO at SEA.
3.) Because they are on a cruise ALL meals are provided and dinner will be at the 5:30 pm seating and will not interfere with any screenings. Filmmakers can take advantage of the cruise festivities or our festivities. Our AWARD SHOW will be on the final evening.
4.) Filmmaker MUST supply own transportation to the ship's port. There is ample parking for a fee and the ship boards in West Palm Beach port. The ship boards promptly at 1:00 pm on September 2, 2023.
5.) The winning filmmaker may not transfer the cruise to another party without permission from Festival Administrators. The cruise does not carry any monetary value.
6.) Plaques will be presented to filmmakers winning in the following categories; BEST COMEDY SHORT, BEST DRAMATIC SHORT, BEST DOCUMENTARY, and BEST FEATURE FILM. There will be a closing night party in the Oasis Lounge after the Award presentations. Filmmakers will be responsible for their own beverage packages. Filmmakers may be asked to perform Q&A based on allotted screening times.
7.) Our schedule will allow us to accept between 25 & 35 films. We will also have a VIP (TBA) onboard for a meet and greet and special screening as well as FILM DISTRIBUTORS available.
