Byblos International Film Festival (BIFF) – Rules and Regulations
- Applicants must be authorized to submit the film and/or own all necessary rights

- All non-English-language films must include proper English or French subtitles

- A viewing link, film posters, and high-resolution stills must be prepared and submitted in advance

- Filmmakers agree to allow excerpts from their film (including trailer, teaser, and poster) to be used for promotional purposes. The festival reserves the right to upload or embed these materials on its website and social media platforms

- The applicant is fully responsible for securing all necessary rights, licenses, and releases, including those for music, archival footage, and third-party content

- Lebanese films must obtain official screening authorization from the General Security Office
