Brooklyn Art Haus is Brooklyn's most exciting home for innovative and genre-bending work. We feature short films on a monthly rotation by filmmakers that have an ambitious focus on topical subjects. Our festival is unique: following our opening night and reception at the top of each month, filmmakers' projects are looped during hours of operation from 7am-2am for the public to view until the end of the corresponding month.

Each month's in-person premiere occurs on the 3rd Sunday of every month.

The mission of Brooklyn Art Haus is to serve as a hub for film, theater, dance, circus, variety, music, and more. Complete with studios, podcast, streaming, bar and kitchen, BAH is NYC's go-to for some of the most exciting domestic and international artists to premiere original work.

We solicit short films (up to 20 minutes in length) made within the past two years that fit within a focus for each month. When you submit you film, please choose the correct category that corresponds to the month that best fits your film theme:

APRIL: "Define: Home"
MAY: "Love and Flowers"
JUNE: "Rainbows and Unicorns"
JULY: "State of Independence"
AUGUST: "Waves and Whimsy"

Each successive focus announcement will continue on a monthly notice. Please visit www.bkarthaus.com or follow @ bk_arthaus on Instagram for announcements.
