The Bronx Screening Series is a short film series for filmmakers to showcase their work and build community.

Started in 2021 through a City Artists Corps grant, the film series was created to bring the community together during the pandemic. In 2022, with the support of the Bronx Council on the Arts, the series continued. Now in its third iteration, the series will open the submission process to further engage artists and the local community.

It is our goal to curate a program that offers the highest quality entertainment while facilitating conversation and community building around topics that affect New Yorkers and the Bronx. Filmmakers will have a chance to participate in Q&As with audiences and network with their fellow filmmakers.
