Screening at Black bear film Festival has been a dream of mine for many years, and it was everything I expected and more. Run by a team of passionate, friendly and dedicated filmmakers and film lovers, the event unfolded with absolute professionalism. The charming setting of Milford Pennsylvania and the newly renovated Milford Theater made this festival all the sweeter. Thank you Black Bear for inviting "One Night Only"!

  • 12 stars. If you want to see how your movie plays in front of an engaged artistic audience, this is it. I've attended many a fest across the US, and Black Bear's 22nd Annual has some of the most enthusiastic local moviegoers. Many talented filmmakers for networking as well ... but how much do we all just wish we could see how our movie plays in front of an honest-to-goodness audience of non-filmmakers? All in a newly renovated 100-yr-old historic movie theater (and equally lovely Salon w exceptional films w thoughtful theater-goers), gracious hosts and cheerful volunteers. Thank you for including Lady Hunters in your fantastic line-up!
