Founded by an American MFA student who has been living in the UK for the past 6 years, BTW Fest seeks to provide a series of screenings exploring national and global identity through films made by American expats and/or Americans abroad.

BTW FEST will consist of a weekend showcasing shorts and independent cinema from American filmmakers located all across the globe. Some of these films are political, some fun, and all are inventive and incredibly relevant to our turbulent modern times.

Taking place in September 2019 in Manchester, U.K., BTW will host a series of screenings and discussions with filmmakers, academics, and audience members.
