Welcome to BIAIFF – Where Heritage Meets the Future.

The Bochnia International AI Film Festival (BIAIFF) is a groundbreaking event
taking place on September 17, 2026, in the heart of one of Poland's most
historic cities.

We are not just another online contest. BIAIFF is a live cinema experience
organized with the official support of the City of Bochnia and the Bochnia
Cultural Center (MDK). This institutional backing ensures professional
screenings at Regis Cinema – the only cinema in Bochnia – verified judging,
and guaranteed financing.

Why submit to BIAIFF?

$2,500 Prize Pool: We value your work and offer real monetary awards
for the best creators.

The "Salt of the Earth" Grand Prix: The winner of the Best Film category

a solid block of salt. This exclusive award honors Bochnia's legacy as
the home of the oldest salt mine in Poland (UNESCO World Heritage List).
It is a unique physical symbol of your victory.

Live Screening: Your film will be shown on the big screen at Regis Cinema
in a professional cinema setting.

Professional Jury: Your work will be evaluated by acclaimed filmmakers,
photographers, and visual artists.

Short Films Only – Up to 10 Minutes: We accept short films with a runtime
of 1 to 10 minutes. Tight, focused storytelling – your vision, your way.

Our Mission
We are looking for short films that captivate with their form and narrative.
We believe AI is a powerful instrument in the hands of a creative human spirit.
Whether you used AI for visuals, animation, sound design, narration, or

BIAIFF is your stage.
