Black Creators International Film Festival (BCIFF) is a two-day online film festival and creative summit centering Black and underrepresented storytellers across film, television, and digital media.
As the official film sector of the Soul of Sycamore 2027, the Black Creators International Film Festival • Dallas, Texas, features curated screenings, talkbacks, and conversations highlighting shorts, features, documentaries, and experimental work. Our goal is to create a platform where Black stories are prioritized, independent voices are uplifted, and international perspectives are invited into the same space.
We encourage submissions from emerging and established filmmakers alike. Whether your film is intimate and personal or big and genre-bending, if it speaks to truth, imagination, and community, it has a home at Black Creators International Film Festival • Dallas, Texas.
