Rules & Terms

FESTIVAL PROGRAM
International program of debut feature films.
International competition of fiction and documentary short films.
National competition of feature and documentary short films.

Participants of the festival are selected through a competitive selection process.

The international competitions are open to representatives from all countries of the Eurasian continent, including the states of Europe and Asia, as well as island nations belonging to the Eurasian region.

The national competition is open exclusively to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Applicants will be considered upon submission of a complete set of documents in accordance with the festival regulations.

Международный конкурс игрового и документального короткометражного кино (до 30 мин)
Национальный конкурс игрового и документального короткометражного кино (до 30 мин)

Участники фестиваля определяются на основании конкурсного отбора.

В международных конкурсах могут принимать участие представители всех стран Евразийского континента, включая государства Европы и Азии, а также островные государства, относящиеся к евразийскому региону.

В национальном конкурсе имеют право принимать участие граждане Республики Казахстан.

Участники допускаются к рассмотрению при условии предоставления полного пакета документов в соответствии с регламентом фестиваля.

    This was my first show at the festival in your country. Very interesting works were presented at the festival, I was especially fascinated by national films. The festival was highly organized. The volunteers worked very well. I would like to thank everyone, both the festival organizers and the jury. I hope I will have the opportunity to attend the festival again.
