The Eyrie Film Festival is a FREE end-of-year opportunity for all Augsburg University students to exhibit their film work!

*Please note that ONLY AUGSBURG UNIVERSITY STUDENTS CAN SUBMIT TO THIS FESTIVAL.

The event will be held in Science 123 on Sunday May 4th at 5:30pm.

Join us for a fun evening of films, and a chance to celebrate the work created throughout the last two years. Juried and accepted submissions will be screened at the event. An awards ceremony will close out the evening, during which we will announce the winners of the festival!

A jury of Augsburg film faculty will judge submissions and award the top films in the following categories:

o Best In Show
o Best Director
o Best Cinematography
o Best Editing
o Best Sound
o Best Story

There will also be an Audience Choice award, decided by an audience ballot on the day of the festival.

Entries must have been created while enrolled at Augsburg University; both class projects and independent projects are acceptable.

Entries must have been finished within the last two academic years.

Entries must be under 15 minutes in length.

Entries are accepted in any genre. Please submit a blurb with your film entry.

Entries must be primarily student-led.

Entries must be submitted by the credited director or the producer.

Only video files will be accepted (mp4, mov, avi), no video links.

Directors and Producers can submit a maximum of three (3) films. However, not more than two (2) films per filmmaker will be selected.
