Welcome to the Atlanta International Screenplay Awards, located in Downtown Atlanta, Georgia aka "Hollywood of the South." Rewarding hot up-and-coming screenwriting talent is our mission. Come join our fam!
This year, we are awarding Feature, TV, and Short scripts. Whether you have a drama, action, thriller, horror, sci-fi, animation, fantasy, or family blockbuster, we want to read your script. All budget ranges are encouraged. Our jury is looking for well crafted scripts that scream "this writer has talent!" All entries receive feedback as part of the entry fee. Optional "Deep Dive Analysis" is also available at an extra cost.

-Deep Dive Analysis (DDA) may be requested at the time of entry. Requests for DDA after an entry is submitted will not be accepted and will require a whole new entry.
-There is no limit to the amount of times you may resubmit. Each resubmission will stand alone in the contest and not replace the previous entry until announcement time, at which point the draft that received the highest score will be the only version of the script to continue into the later rounds of the contest.
-Feature Scripts must not exceed 140 pages.
-TV Scripts must not exceed 75 pages.
-Short Scripts must not exceed 30 pages.
-There is no limit to the number of projects you may submit.
Entries must be received on or before the deadline dates by 11:59PM Pacific Time, and submission fee payment must be made in full at time of the submission. All entry fees are non-refundable.
-All submitted material must be wholly owned by the writer(s).
-If a writing team is chosen as a winner, prizes will be given to the person who submits the project. Each team is responsible for dividing or sharing the prize money.
-There are no age restrictions and contestants of all ages are eligible to enter the contest.
-Previous winners of this contest may not enter again.
-All persons from anywhere in the world are eligible; however the material submitted must be in English (occasional dialogue in other languages is acceptable).
-All material submitted to other competitions or contests are eligible for this contest.
-There are no requirements regarding when the material was written.
-We have no preferences as to the title page content. Title and name of writer are industry standard.
-Adaptations are eligible only if the rights are owned by the writer or the work is in the public domain.
-All material must be submitted electronically as a PDF.
