Astoria Horrorfest will be the first of its kind in our haunted little town! A sinful showcase of short horror films screened live! We have secured the amazing Columbian Theater in downtown Astoria Oregon and submissions this year are free and are now open! This will be a three day live event starting January 19th and running until the evening of January 21st. There will be a great after party for all participants and an awards ceremony. We are currently fundraising for prize money and creating awards for the winners. Prizes to be announced.

Rules & Terms

1. By submitting to the festival, you confirm that you own the rights to the film, including the rights to the music in the film.
2. By submitting you are allowing Astoria Horrorfest the use of stills, trailers and information on the film for promotional purposes.
3. All films must be 20 minutes or less.
4. All entries must be sent through Film Freeway.
