About festival

We are people with passion of film making and as of now film making not recognized by much as there is very few people getting a direction or platform to start we are here to become a platform for pepole to kick start there filmmaking carrer and also giving them a brief way by teaching them it through our prerecorded classes available on our website for free of cost .Through this festival we are here to promote filmmaking among children, students and more who don't know where to start we are a platform they can start with.

Rules & Terms

1) Categories:
Documentary
Horror/Thriller

2) Short Films with a minimum duration of 5 minutes and maximum duration of 40 minutes will be eligible.
3)Subtile: The films made in english need not to put on subtitle but if made in other language please provide the subtitle (As our festival concentrate on a wider audience we need subtitle so that everyone can watch with a seamless ease)
4)Projects only made after October 2023 are eligible
5)Short film format in which it can be submitted are:
-Below mentioned all files must be submitted in digital format
-SD or HDor Full HD Video Format
-Any video extension is completely accepted in submission
-Subtitle file must be shared if not english(if your film is not in english put subtitle in your film
but also please provide us with it in .txt, .docs., or any file format)
By submitting your film for ASFF, you will be consenting to the following:
• The film will be used as part of IKFF’s programme which will be sent to schools and organisations either on a time sensitive protected online platform or an encrypted content delivery device.
• For the Online edition of ASFF, the films will be made available on an online protected platform to ASFF subscribers in the designated regions.
• The supporting materials of the film will be used in promotional activities for the festival.
• Parts of the film can also be used for promotional activities for the festival.
• Due to the wide reach of the Festival, the ASFF team may need to subtitle the film in different languages. The festival may request the filmmaker to provide a subtitle-free version of the film along with a time-coded dialogue sheet in English.
