- Eligibility Criteria:
Submissions must leverage AI tools in the output design of the process. Elements must be able to have the AI process identified in the submission requirements (ie licensed tools used)
Entrants must own or have rights to all aspects of the materials, including music, visuals, and any third-party content.
A "Poster" representing your work/film is requested with the submission.
- Specifications:
Length Minimum of 3 minutes with a max of 15-ish minutes.
Acceptable formats for submission include MP4, AVI, and MOV.
All submissions must be in HD quality or higher.
- Submission Process:
Creatives must register with a valid email address on FilmFreeway, to upload their work.
Each submission must include a brief description of the work/film etc.
A non-refundable submission fee must be paid online at the time of submission.
- Language and Subtitles:
May be in any language. English subtitles as appropriate.
- Judging and Awards:
All submissions video will be reviewed by a panel of judges including AI experts, and film industry professionals.
- Criteria for judging will include:
This is the most critical factor to combat the stigma that "AI has no soul."
Does the piece make you feel something, or does it just look cool?
Is the creator pushing the tools, mixing multiple models (e.g., Midjourney images animated in Runway, synced to Suno audio)?
Do the visuals provide the Anime feel?
Does it feel like "stealing fire", dangerous, new, and bright? Show off a bit!
- Content Restrictions:
Films must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright, trademark, and privacy laws.
- Rights and Permissions:
By submitting, creators grant the curator the right to use clips, stills, and titles of the music/visual with a non-exclusive, worldwide license to exhibit, reproduce, and distribute the music/video for the purposes of the presentation and any related promotional activities of Prometheus Productions, AI Film 3. The submitter authorizes AI Film 3 to publish 'Poster' for book development with recognition to the creator.
The submitter retains all copyright and other rights to their work and are responsible for the content they submit.
- Code of Conduct:
Participants are expected to uphold standards of professionalism and respect throughout the event.
By submitting your music/video, you affirm that your team holds all necessary rights to the content and that its use does not infringe on any third-party rights or require additional fees. The submission must not contain offensive or unlawful material, violate any rights, or promote harmful or discriminatory behavior.
Violations may lead to disqualification, and you agree to indemnify the Prometheus Productions from any legal issues arising from these breaches.
Any form of plagiarism, disrespect, or violation of the rules may result in disqualification and removal from the event.
