Anchor TV and Film Society's Annual Student Film Festival is a yearly festival taking place at Rhode Island College and celebrates the artistry of student filmmakers from the local area. Students from RI, MA, and CT are invited to submit their short films, be judged by industry professionals, and screened at the in-person event on April 18th.

Rules & Terms

- Up to 15-minute films
- No overtly offensive, discriminatory, or hateful content
- No pornographic material
- If applicable, a photosensitive and sensitive topic triggers warnings
- Two submissions per student filmmaker
- No generative AI content will be accepted
