Amsterdam New Cinema Film Festival promotes creativity and innovation in the film industry, filmmakers from all around the world. The Festival is organized by FILM FACTORY, a collective of professionals from different fields of cinema who are working together to the same aim to sustain independent cinema. We have several events every year in different location spettacolare around the city screening films among monthly winners. We had important movie stars among the films in competition as Bella Ramsey, Ian Harvie and many more actors and directors from all around the world.
We created a partnership also with schools of cinema with whom we organize several events too.

All winners receive a certificate (pdf/jpg file)

Rules & Terms

– All fees are non-refundable.
 
– Not all the submissions are selected for the official competition. Our Judges are free to make their own choices and no answers will be given about not selected films.

– Filmmakers can submit the film in multiple categories in order to become a multi-award film. Still, the decision about the selection is strictly determined by our judges’ team and no selection is guaranteed.
 
– Submitting your movie, you authorize the festival to use, distribute and share the film poster, trailer, synopsis and movie stills.

– Films can be available online and still be entered in the competition for our festival. 
 
– Shorts must be less than 50 minutes. Feature more than 52 minutes.

- The films must include English subtitles unless the spoken language is English
 
- We do not require premiere status

- ANCFF reserves the right to determine the date, time, location and film chosen for the screenings.

- All winners receive a certificate (pdf/jpg file)
