Paris-based poet, musician, producer and artistic director. Also known in France for having organized more than 35 sold-out collective or solo multidisciplinary events in Paris since 2008 (Le Langage des Viscères, Le Rêve d'un Mouvement, Senseless...) in various venues such as Le Grand Rex, Point Éphémère, Les Trois Baudets, l'Auditorium Saint-Germain, Cinema L'Archipel to name a few. Beside the conception of contemporary dance-theatre shows and butoh performances in collaboration with recognized figures such as Gyohei Zaitsu, Juju Alishina, Sakurako and Juliette Morel, Amine Boucekkine produces and co-creates experimental musical short films: Dead Dreams Falling (2022), A Sailor's dream (2022), Woke up in an ashtray (2024), The Core (2025), Let me show you the beauty of falling from Grace (2025), Forever Lost (2025), The Very last glimpse of Grace (2026). A philosopher by training, he links formal research and experimentation to the visceral rehashing of the eternal questions that inevitably arise in the mind that contemplates its condition. Grace and disgrace entwined, the obsessive quest for a meaning, the confrontation with nothingness and the radical deconstructive questioning of identity and reality are among the many themes that run through his multidisciplinary approach.
