1 – Apresentação
1.1. Evento único no Brasil com edição anual, o AMAZÔNIA FiDOC – FESTIVAL PAN-AMAZÔNICO DE CINEMA é um fórum privilegiado de discussão, reflexões e ações para a promoção e circulação da produção cinematográfica dos países que compõem a Pan-Amazônia.
1.2. A realização é da Z Produções Cinematográficas e Instituto Culta da Amazônia.
1.3. O Festival visa contribuir com a valorização do produto audiovisual dos gêneros ficção e documentário.
1.4. A programação terá 2 grandes mostras de caráter competitivo:
MOSTRA COMPETITIVA PAN-AMAZÔNICA, que aceita filmes produzidos ou coproduzidos por quaisquer dos 9 países da Pan-Amazônia (Brasil, Bolívia, Peru, Equador, Colômbia, Venezuela, Guiana, Suriname e Guiana Francesa);
MOSTRA COMPETITIVA AMAZÔNIA LEGAL, para filmes produzidos nos estados brasileiros que compõem a Amazônia Legal.
1.4.1. Cada mostra competitiva será dividida em duas categorias, Ficção e Documentário, cada uma delas com duas metragens: uma de curtas e média-metragens (filmes com até 51 minutos) e outra apenas para telefilmes/longa-metragem (filmes com mínimo de 52 minutos). No total, serão 4 disputas para cada Mostra Competitiva:
Documentários de curta e média metragem e documentários longa metragem;
Ficção de curta e média metragem e ficção longa metragem.
2 – Meta e principais objetivos
2.1. A democratização do acesso à produção audiovisual de documentários e ficção do território Pan-Amazônico é o principal foco do AMAZÔNIA FiDOC.
2.2. A 8ª edição do Festival será realizada no período de 10 a 17 de novembro de 2022 em Belém do Pará, tendo como objetivo principal democratizar o acesso aos bens culturais e divulgar o cinema Pan-Amazônico de curta e longas-metragens, possibilitar o intercâmbio entre as produções cinematográficas realizadas em todos os países Pan-Amazônicos, além de discutir meios e estratégias para o fomento, produção, circulação e distribuição da produção cinematográficas, e ainda, para a formação de plateia para o cinema brasileiro e Pan-Amazônico.
2.3. Promove mostras, oficinas, seminários e fórum de debates.
3 – Inscrições
3.1 As inscrições são gratuitas e deverão ser realizadas entre 28 de julho a 10 de setembro de 2022, até às 23h59min (horário de Brasília), exclusivamente, através da Plataforma FilmFreeway (https://filmfreeway.com/AmazoniaFiDoc). Haverá apenas o pagamento do custo da plataforma. Não serão aceitas cópias em mídia física para a inscrição.
3.2. O proponente deverá seguir todos os passos e procedimentos sugeridos na plataforma. Os custos associados ao uso da plataforma mencionada são da responsabilidade do utilizador, bem como o respeito e preenchimento de todos os dados solicitados para completar a inscrição. O festival poderá adicionar novas plataformas de inscrição de filmes no decorrer do período de inscrições para a edição 2022.
3.3. Estão aptos a serem inscritos obras finalizadas a partir de 1º de janeiro de 2020 e que tenham cópia de exibição em formato de acordo com as especificações técnicas previstas neste regulamento. Os filmes serão avaliados por uma comissão de seleção, que direcionarão os filmes selecionados à mostra mais adequada à linguagem e outros requisitos artísticos e técnicos da obra.
3.4. Para a Mostra Competitiva, estão aptos a serem inscritos FICÇÕES e DOCUMENTÁRIOS de formato curtas ou médias (até 51 minutos) e telefilmes/longas-metragens (no mínimo de 52 minutos).
3.5. Os filmes falados em outra língua que não o PORTUGUÊS devem ser inscritos acompanhados de legendas em português ou inglês.
3.6. Serão premiados, em cada categoria, o melhor filme pelo critério do Júri , melhor filme pelo voto popular e um prêmio de Honra ao Mérito para ambas as categorias, de acordo com o Júri Oficial.
3.7. As obras inscritas não poderão ter sido exibidas nas edições anteriores do Festival.
3.8. Não há número máximo ou qualquer outro tipo de limitação referente a quantidade de filmes inscritos por um mesmo responsável, diretor ou produtora.
3.9. Em caso de dúvida, o candidato deverá contatar o responsável pelas inscrições no festival, MANOEL LEITE, através do email contato@zfilmes.com.br ou ainda através do WhatsApp +55 (91) 98522-3858.
3.10. No caso de filmes com inscrição em duplicidade será considerada apenas a última ficha de inscrição recebida pela comissão organizadora.
3.11. Todos os campos sinalizados como item obrigatório (apontados na plataforma de inscrição) devem ser preenchidos, sob pena de não conclusão de inscrição.
3.12. É vedada a inscrição de filmes que não estejam concluídos até o prazo limite de inscrição estipulado pela organização do Festival AMAZÔNIA FiDOC.
3.13. Os filmes de curta e longa-metragem inscritos que tenham sido realizados fora do Estado do Pará deverão ser INÉDITOS em Mostras competitivas no Estado do Pará. Filmes já exibidos ou em exibição no circuito comercial não serão aceitos, assim como filmes disponíveis em links abertos (YOUTUBE, VIMEO ou equivalentes).
3.14. A inscrição será confirmada após a submissão pelo proponente e recebimento de e-mail automático de confirmação.
3.15. Qualquer falha técnica percebida no site durante a inscrição do filme deverá ser imediatamente comunicada à produção da 8ª edição do Festival AMAZÔNIA DOC através do e-mail: contato@zfilmes.com.br para que as devidas providências sejam tomadas. Enfatizamos, porém, que não nos responsabilizaremos por eventuais falhas quando a inscrição for realizada no último dia do prazo previsto neste regulamento.
4 – Seleção
4.1. A lista de obras selecionadas pela curadoria será divulgada no site do Festival (www.amazoniadoc.com.br) até o dia 20 de outubro, sendo esse prazo prorrogável a critério da comissão organizadora. A seleção da obra também será notificada através da Plataforma FilmFreeway.
4.2. Para os filmes produzidos nos estados brasileiros que compõem a Amazônia Legal (Pará, Amazonas, Acre, Amapá, Maranhão, Mato Grosso, Rondônia, Roraima e Tocantins), e que forem inscritos nas Mostras Pan-Amazônia, estes poderão, à critério da Comissão de Curadoria, serem selecionados para participar da Mostra Amazônia Legal, na categoria referente à sua metragem.
4.3. Os responsáveis pelos filmes selecionados deverão enviar a cópia de exibição, quando solicitado pela coordenação do festival, nas seguintes especificações técnicas:
a) Formatos: DCP aberto; MOV ou MP4, codec H264
b) Áudio: O áudio poderá ser STEREO (L/R – DOIS CANAIS) ou 5.1. No caso de 5.1 os canais deverão, estar na track 1 da seguinte sequência: – canal 1 – left (esquerda frontal); – canal 2 – center (centro frontal); – canal 3 – right (direito frontal); – canal 4 – surround left (lateral esquerda plateia); – canal 5 – surround right (lateral direita plateia) – canal 6 – subwoofer/lfe (graves frontais)
c) Resolução: Full HD (1920×1080);
d) Legenda: Em PORTUGUÊS, quando o filme não for falado nesta língua. A legenda pode ser incorporada ou em arquivo .srt anexo (para as cópias em H264)
4.4. Qualquer formato de arquivo encaminhado fora do padrão recomendado será tratado pela equipe técnica e estará sujeito a uma renderização ineficiente. O AMAZÔNIA FiDOC não poderá ser responsabilizado por qualquer problema proveniente desse procedimento.
4.5. o envio da cópia de exibição (caso ela não tenha sido postada na Plataforma FilmFreeway nas especificações técnicas exigidas acima) poderá ser feita por:
a) Link para download: o responsável pela inscrição deverá informar, logo após a divulgação e notificação de seleção, um link para visualização completa e download na íntegra do filme, nas configurações descritas acima, assim como a senha de acesso, quando for o caso. Não serão aceitos links de transferência de arquivos como WeTransfer, Dropbox, SendSpace, ou qualquer outra ferramenta de alocação de dados que tenha prazo de expiração do link gerado;
b) Suporte físico: Pen Drive, HD Externo A formatação de HD’s ou pendrives podem ser em MAC “OS”, “NTFS” ou “exFAT”. Sugerimos, preferencialmente, conexão de dados USB 3 e nos casos em que houver fonte de alimentação, esta deverá acompanhar o HD externo e será devolvida depois.
4.6. Logo após a notificação de seleção, é opcional porém importante o envio imediato para o festival de materiais promocionais do filme, como o EPK’s (Electronic Press-Kit), que pode ser enviado via e-mail ou link para download.
4.7. A responsabilidade do custo de envio das cópias de exibição e o material de divulgação dos filmes selecionados são do realizador ou produtora responsável e deverão ser enviadas para a sede do Festival/Escritório da Z Produções até o dia de 30 de outubro de 2022 em envelope lacrado com endereço do remetente (para devolução)

4.8. O realizador deve atentar para INFORMAR CORRETAMENTE o “Endereço de devolução da cópia de exibição”. O Festival não se responsabiliza pelo extravio da cópia na ocasião da devolução caso os dados estejam incompletos, incorretos ou sejam alterados pelo realizador após a inscrição. Os custos de devolução da cópia do filme (HD ou pen drive) são de responsabilidade da organização do Festival.
5 – Outras disposições
5.1. A participação dos realizadores selecionados para representar seus filmes na 8ª edição do Festival AMAZÔNIA FiDOC 2022 não será custeada pela organização do Festival. Esta possibilidade ficará sujeita à captação de recursos específicos para esta finalidade.
5.2. Condicionada à captação de recursos, a Comissão Organizadora do festival poderá realizar uma versão de Mostra Itinerante da 8º edição do AMAZÔNIA FiDOC em outros municípios do Pará e estados do Brasil. Os filmes programados para a versão itinerante poderão ser escolhidos dentre os selecionados para a 8º edição do Festival AMAZÔNIA FiDOC, ficando desde já autorizada pelo autor/produtor da obra sua exibição sem fins lucrativos.
5.3. Em caso de filme selecionado, o representante legal do filme inscrito, autoriza a exibição na programação da 8ª edição do AMAZÔNIA FiDOC, bem como a utilização de imagens para fins jornalísticos, divulgação e promoção do evento. Do mesmo modo, autoriza o uso de toda informação presente no formulário de inscrição, além de trechos dos filmes (de até 30 segundos) para divulgação no website do festival, redes sociais e nos veículos de comunicação.
5.4. PARA OS FILMES DE PRODUÇÃO BRASILEIRA: Conforme Portaria 368/2014 do Ministério da Justiça, os filmes exibidos em mostras e festivais devem praticar a autoclassificação conforme o “Guia Prático da Classificação Indicativa”. É obrigatório o preenchimento, na ficha de inscrição, da classificação indicativa do filme, de acordo com essas normas. A organização da 8ª edição do Festival AMAZÔNIA FiDOC fica responsável por garantir o cumprimento dessa medida podendo, inclusive, alterar essa classificação conforme conveniência do Festival para adequação às normas. 5.5. Todos os filmes inscritos na 8ª edição do AMAZÔNIA FiDOC estarão sujeitos às condições previstas neste regulamento.
5.6. O proponente inscrito é responsável por todas as informações contidas no formulário inscrito. Para concluir sua inscrição, o proponente deve concordar com os termos do Acordo Geral de participação na 8ª edição do AMAZÔNIA FiDOC — FESTIVAL PAN-AMAZÔNICO DE CINEMA, apresentado abaixo:

Ao submeter o meu filme, declaro que li e aceito as regras e condições gerais da 8ª edição do AMAZÔNIA FiDOC - Festival Pan-Amazônico de Cinema. Estou disposto a fornecer ao festival todas as informações adicionais necessárias de acordo com estas regras e condições gerais. Autorizo a organização da 8ª edição do AMAZÔNIA FiDOC a exibir o meu filme, e se selecionado, eu confirmo que uma cópia de exibição estará disponível em formato digital para exibição durante o 8º AMAZÔNIA FiDOC até 30 de outubro de 2022. Certifico que detenho todos os direitos necessários para a apresentação deste filme/vídeo para o 8º AMAZÔNIA FiDOC e que todos os direitos e autorizações foram obtidos. Este filme não está sujeito a qualquer litígio, nem está ameaçado por qualquer litígio, assumindo todas as responsabilidades legais. Ao concordar com estes termos, transfiro para o 8º AMAZÔNIA FiDOC o direito de usar trechos do filme inscrito e suas imagens, para fins de publicidade e marketing da 8ª edição do AMAZÔNIA FiDOC e para outros usos não comerciais relacionadas com a promoção desta 8ª edição, em 2022, bem como a projeção do mesmo entre 10 e 21 de novembro de 2022. Autorizo, caso venha a ocorrer, a participação do meu filme, caso venha a ser selecionado, na Mostra Itinerante da 8ª edição do AMAZÔNIA FiDOC, em outros municípios do Pará e estados do Brasil. Estou ciente que essa itinerância está condicionada à captação de recursos para a sua realização, mas a exibição da obra ocorrerá sem fins lucrativos.

PAN-AMAZON COMPETITIVE SELECTION AND LEGAL AMAZON COMPETITIVE SELECTION
1 - Presentation
1.1. A unique event in Brazil with an annual edition, AMAZÔNIA FiDOC – PAN-AMAZONIAN FILM FESTIVAL is a privileged forum for discussion, reflection and actions for the promotion and circulation of cinematographic production in the countries that make up the Pan-Amazon.
1.2. Directed by Z Produções Cinematográficas and Instituto Culta da Amazônia.
1.3. The Festival aims to contribute to the valorization of the audiovisual product of the fiction and documentary genres.
1.4. The schedule will have 2 major selections of a competitive nature:
• PAN-AMAZON COMPETITIVE SELECTION, which accepts films produced or co-produced by any of the 9 Pan-Amazonian countries (Brazil, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname and French Guiana);
• LEGAL AMAZON COMPETITIVE SELECTION, for films produced in the Brazilian states that make up the Legal Amazon.
1.4.1. Each competitive selection will be divided into two categories, Fiction and Documentary, each with two films: one for short and medium-length films (films with up to 51 minutes) and another for telefilms/feature films only (films with a minimum of 52 minutes ). In total, there will be 4 disputes for each Competitive Selection:
o Short and medium-length documentaries and feature-length documentaries;
o Short and medium-length fiction and feature-length fiction.
2 - Goal and main objectives
2.1. The democratization of access to audiovisual production of documentaries and fiction in the Pan-Amazonian territory is the main focus of AMAZÔNIA FiDOC.
2.2. The 8th edition of the Festival will be held from November 10 to 17, 2022 in Belém do Pará, with the main objective of democratizing access to cultural goods and promoting Pan-Amazonian short and feature films, enabling the exchange between the cinematographic productions carried out in all Pan-Amazonian countries, in addition to discussing means and strategies for the promotion, production, circulation and distribution of cinematographic production, and also for the formation of an audience for Brazilian and Pan-Amazonian cinema.
2.3. It promotes selections, workshops, seminars and discussion forums.
3 - Subscriptions
3.1 Entries are free and must be made between July 28 and September 10, 2022, until 11:59 pm (Brasilia time), exclusively through the FilmFreeway Platform (https://filmfreeway.com/AmazoniaFiDoc). There will only be payment of the cost of the platform. Physical copies will not be accepted for registration.
3.2. The bidder must follow all the steps and procedures suggested on the platform. The costs associated with the use of the mentioned platform are the responsibility of the user, as well as the respect and filling of all the data requested to complete the registration. The festival will be able to add new film registration platforms during the registration period for the 2022 edition.
3.3. Works completed as of January 1, 2020 and which have an exhibition copy in format in accordance with the technical specifications provided for in this regulation are eligible to be submitted. The films will be evaluated by a selection committee, which will direct the selected films to the selection most suited to the language and other artistic and technical requirements of the work.
3.4. For the Competitive Selection, FICTIONS and DOCUMENTARIES in short or medium formats (up to 51 minutes) and telefilms/feature films (minimum of 52 minutes) are eligible to be submitted.
3.5. Films spoken in a language other than PORTUGUESE must be submitted with subtitles in Portuguese or English.
3.6. In each category, the best film according to the Jury's criteria, the best film according to the popular vote and an award of Honor for Merit will be awarded for both categories, according to the Official Jury.
3.7. Entries cannot have been exhibited in previous editions of the Festival.
3.8. There is no maximum number or any other type of limitation regarding the number of films submitted by the same person responsible, director or producer.
3.9. In case of doubt, the candidate should contact the person responsible for registration at the festival, Mr. MANOEL LEITE, via email contato@zfilmes.com.br or via WhatsApp +55 (91) 98522-3858.
3.10. In the case of films with duplicate entries, only the last entry form received by the organizing committee will be considered.
3.11. All fields marked as a mandatory item (indicated on the registration platform) must be completed, under penalty of non-completion of registration.
3.12. The submission of films that are not completed by the deadline stipulated by the organization of the AMAZÔNIA FiDOC Festival is prohibited.
3.13. The short and feature films submitted that have been made outside the State of Pará must be UNPRECEDENTED in Selections with petitions in the State of Pará. Films already shown or being shown on the commercial circuit will not be accepted, as well as films available on open links (YOUTUBE, VIMEO or equivalent).
3.14. The registration will be confirmed after submission by the applicant and receipt of an automatic confirmation email.
3.15. Any technical failure noticed on the site during the film's registration must be immediately communicated to the production of the 8th edition of the AMAZÔNIA DOC Festival through the email: contato@zfilmes.com.br so that the necessary measures can be taken. We emphasize, however, that we will not be responsible for any failures when the registration is carried out on the last day of the deadline provided for in this regulation.
4 - Selection
4.1. The list of works selected by the curatorship will be published on the Festival's website (www.amazoniadoc.com.br) until October 20th, this period being extendable at the discretion of the organizing committee. The selection of the work will also be notified through the FilmFreeway Platform.
4.2. For films produced in the Brazilian states that make up the Legal Amazon (Pará, Amazonas, Acre, Amapá, Maranhão, Mato Grosso, Rondônia, Roraima and Tocantins), and which are entered in the Pan-Amazonian Selections, they may, at the discretion of the Commission of Curatorship, to be selected to participate in the Legal Amazon Selection, in the category referring to their length.
4.3. Those responsible for the selected films must send the screening copy, when requested by the festival coordination, in the following technical specifications:
a) Formats: Open DCP; MOV or MP4, codec H264
b) Audio: The audio can be STEREO (L/R – TWO CHANNELS) or 5.1. In the case of 5.1, the channels must be on track 1 in the following sequence: – channel 1 – left (front left); – channel 2 – center (front center); – channel 3 – right (front right); – channel 4 – surround left (audience left side); – channel 5 – surround right (audience right side) – channel 6 – subwoofer/lfe (front bass)
c) Resolution: Full HD (1920×1080);
d) Subtitles: In PORTUGUESE, when the film is not spoken in this language. Subtitles can be embedded or in an attached .srt file (for H264 copies)
4.4. Any file format forwarded outside the recommended standard will be handled by the technical team and will be subject to inefficient rendering. AMAZÔNIA FiDOC cannot be held responsible for any problem arising from this procedure.
4.5. the submission of the exhibition copy (if it has not been posted on the FilmFreeway Platform in the technical specifications required above) may be made by:
a) Download link: the person responsible for the registration must inform, shortly after the disclosure and selection notification, a link for full viewing and download in full of the film, in the settings described above, as well as the access password, when applicable. . File transfer links such as WeTransfer, Dropbox, SendSpace, or any other data allocation tool that has an expiration date on the generated link will not be accepted;
b) Physical support: Pen Drive, External HD The formatting of HD's or pendrives can be in MAC “OS”, “NTFS” or “exFAT”. We suggest, preferably, a USB 3 data connection and in cases where there is a power supply, it must accompany the external HD and will be returned later.
4.6. Immediately after notification of selection, it is optional but important to immediately send promotional materials for the film to the festival, such as EPK's (Electronic Press-Kit), which can be sent via email or download link.
4.7. The responsibility for the cost of sending the exhibition copies and the promotional material of the selected films is the responsibility of the director or producer responsible and must be sent to the headquarters of the Festival / Office of Z Produções until October 30, 2022 in a sealed envelope with return address (for return).

4.8. The director must pay attention to CORRECTLY INFORM the “Return address of the exhibition copy”. The Festival is not responsible for the loss of the copy at the time of return if the data is incomplete, incorrect or altered by the director after registration. The costs of returning the copy of the film (HD or flash drive) are the responsibility of the Festival organization.
5 - Other provisions
5.1. The participation of the directors selected to represent their films in the 8th edition of the AMAZÔNIA FiDOC Festival 2022 will not be funded by the Festival organization. This possibility will be subject to the raising of specific resources for this purpose.
5.2. Subject to fundraising, the festival's Organizing Committee will be able to carry out an Itinerant Selection version of the 8th edition of AMAZÔNIA FiDOC in other municipalities in Pará and states in Brazil. Films scheduled for the traveling version may be edited among those selected for the 8th edition of the AMAZÔNIA FiDOC Festival, with its non-profit exhibition being authorized by the author/producer of the work.
5.3. In the case of a selected film, the legal representative of the registered film authorizes the exhibition in the schedule of the 8th edition of AMAZÔNIA FiDOC, as well as the use of images for journalistic purposes, dissemination and promotion of the event. Likewise, it authorizes the use of all information present in the registration form, in addition to excerpts from the films (up to 30 seconds) for dissemination on the festival website, social networks and in the media.
5.4. FOR BRAZILIAN PRODUCTION FILMS ONLY: According to Ordinance 368/2014 of the Ministry of Justice, the films shown in selections and festivals must practice self-classification according to the “Practical Guide to TV Ratings”. It is mandatory to fill, in the registration form, the indicative classification of the film, according to these rules. The organization of the 8th edition of the AMAZÔNIA FiDOC Festival is responsible for ensuring compliance with this measure, and may even change this classification according to the Festival's convenience to adapt to the rules. 5.5. All films entered in the 8th edition of AMAZÔNIA FiDOC will be subject to the conditions set out in this regulation.
5.6. The registered tenderer is responsible for all information contained in the entered form. To complete their application, the applicant must agree to the terms of the General Agreement for participation in the 8th edition of AMAZÔNIA FiDOC — PAN-AMAZONIAN FILM FESTIVAL, presented below:

By submitting my film, I declare that I have read and accept the rules and general conditions of the 8th edition of AMAZÔNIA FiDOC - Pan-Amazonian Film Festival. I am willing to provide the festival with all additional information necessary in accordance with these general rules and conditions. I authorize the organization of the 8th edition of AMAZÔNIA FiDOC to screen my film, and if selected, I confirm that a screening copy will be available in digital format for screening during the 8th AMAZÔNIA FiDOC until October 30, 2022. I certify that I hold all necessary rights for the presentation of this film/video to the 8th AMAZONIA FiDOC and that all rights and authorizations have been obtained. This film is not subject to any litigation, nor is it threatened by any litigation, assuming all legal responsibilities. By agreeing to these terms, I transfer to the 8th AMAZÔNIA FiDOC the right to use excerpts from the submitted film and its images, for advertising and marketing purposes of the 8th edition of the AMAZÔNIA FiDOC and for other non-commercial uses related to the promotion of this 8th edition, in 2022, as well as its projection between November 10 and 21, 2022. I authorize, should it occur, the participation of my film, if selected, in the Itinerant Selection of the 8th edition of AMAZÔNIA FiDOC, in other municipalities of Pará and states of Brazil. I am aware that this itinerancy is subject to fundraising for its realization, but the exhibition of the work will take place on a non-profit basis.
