Ahmad Seyedkeshmiri ( احمد سیدکشمیری ) is an award-winning, independent, self-taught Iranian filmmaker born in Mashhad in 1973. With more than two decades of experience, he has directed and produced over 30 short fiction and documentary films that explore human crises, social justice, and universal themes through a poetic lens. His cinematic vision blends realism with symbolic storytelling, creating works that resonate both locally and internationally.

Collaborations and Mentorship Ahmad began his career as assistant to Mohammad Reza Sarhangi in the acclaimed documentary series Children of My Land and later collaborated with Parviz Kimiawi as executive assistant producer on Iran is My Home. He has supervised cinema students at the Karaj Youth Cinema Association and conducted workshops across film schools, cultural centers, and youth organizations. Many of his students have gone on to win awards at international festivals, further extending his impact on global cinema.
