The organisers were very helpful and communicative during selection and I am glad to hear that they will be holding their film festival after the pandemic is over in 2021. I look forward to having my film screened then and am very grateful for the selection of my film Chasing Mandela's Rainbow.

    Response from festival:

Dear Gary, we hope you are safe and in good health in this pandemic. As we communicated with you, we did not have a festival in 2020 due to the pandemic. Your film was originally submitted in 2019 and then you requested withdrawal, so we did not show. Please see communication from you to us below as reminder. We operate with honor and we send appreciation at the conclusion of our festival.

    to me

    Dear Niyi

    I hope you are well.

Since we last spoke I am wondering if and hoping that you might please look with the same enthusiasm at my film, Chasing Mandela's Rainbow, which was selected for your festival but which I postponed for next year's festival at AWDFF?

Please would you be able to allow it to be selected for next year and I will happily allow you to download a copy for screening at the universities globally that you had in mind.

    Thanks for your kind attention.

    Best wishes

    Gary
