Alexandros Marakis is a multifaceted artistic personality who combines his passion for theatre, cinema, music, and poetry. He is a graduate of the “Neo Elliniko Theatro George Armenis” drama school and the “Folk and Traditional Music” department, and he holds degrees in Piano, Classical Singing, and Harmony. His many years of study, along with his artistic experience, have established a solid foundation of knowledge and skills that shine through in every work.
He has successfully directed productions in both theatre and cinema and has embodied numerous roles as an actor in countless theatrical performances. His work is characterized by an authentic, almost experiential narrative that conveys emotions beyond the ordinary.
In 2025, he completed his first feature film, “Rosemary” a work that marks a new chapter in his career and highlights his unique vision for cinematic storytelling.
