Submissions start before the AI Film Awards Ceremony
must adhere to the submission guidelines below.

AI Usage & content Notifications & Film Duration :

6 AWARDS CATEGORIES = AI Usage and Content =
100% of the film must be generated using AI technologies

AI Usage Notifications & Film Duration =

AI Short Film Awards : The film must be between 0 and 5 minutes in length.

AI Long Film Awards : The film must be between 5 and 90 minutes in length

AI Animation Film Awards : The film must be between 0 & 90 minutes in length

AI Video Clip Awards : The film must be between 0 and 5 minutes in length.
The clip must be short and entirely generated using AI technologies

AI Documentary Awards : The film must be between 0 and 60 minutes in length
The film must be entirely generated using AI technologies and must provide a factual report on a particular subject

Ai Ad & Commercial Awards :
The film must be between 0 and 1 minute in length (SOCIAL MEDIA)
The film must be between 1 and 3 minute in length (ADS)
The film must be less than 5 minute in length (COMMERCIALS)

Any other movies who wants to compete in special categories have no duration limits.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Award of Merit : Best film with a Message or a Cause
•⁠ Best Experimental Movie (free-style)
•⁠ ⁠⁠Best Piece of Art (must contain artistic material)
•⁠ Best Mobile Ai Film (must have done the movie totally on a smartphone & proove it)
•⁠ Best Movie of the Year (from all the movies presented during a year only for award winners in previous edition of the Ai film awards )
•⁠ Best AI-Enhanced Film Award (AI technologies must have been used in a significant way in the filmmaking process.
•⁠ Brand & Sponsor Award (must have used the sponsor or brand logo in the film)

Submission Guidelines :

By submitting your video, you affirm that your team holds all necessary rights to the content and that its use does not infringe on any third-party rights or require additional fees. The submission must not contain offensive or unlawful material, violate any rights, or promote harmful or discriminatory behaviour. Violations may lead to disqualification and you agree to indemnify the AI Film Awards from any legal issues arising from these breaches.

- Code of Conduct:

Participants are expected to uphold standards of professionalism and respect throughout the AI FILM AWARDS festival.

Any form of plagiarism, disrespect to the team or the submitters, or violation of the rules may result in disqualification and removal from the festival.

INFORMATIONS ABOUT THE CRYSTAL BRAIN AWARD :

The Crystal Brain Award, is a physical trophy made of glass, very heavy, packaged in a protection box ! Only submitters of the competition (movie makers) who won a price in one of the 6 categories, & attend to the ceremony in person, will receive the trophy physically.
