Works must be original and have not been publicly released or participated in other film festivals.
Works can be of various types and lengths but must adhere to the theme and purpose of the festival.
Completed submission instructions the author has confirmed and granted permission for the film festival to conduct physical screenings of the films offline, and to allow the participants of the online workshops to be showcased online.
