Each month, the submitted projects are screened and judged by a team of in-house and invited experts from the local filming industry. We invite monthly film boffins and experts to join us for our viewing of the best shorts the world has to offer. We try to give as many films as possible a chance for screening and judging.

Rules & Terms

The films must include English subtitles (unless the spoken language is English).

By submitting your film, you agree that:
6 on Nebraska can use parts of your film (including trailer/film poster) for promotional purpose.
Entry fees are non-refundable.
You own all the rights to the film.

All genres are accepted with a maximum length of 50 minutes.

For student fees, it is mandatory the student status evidence (copy of student card included in the project)

    Sorry, can't comment. Wasn't asked for copy and didn't see an event schedule, as per other festivals which selected the film, so assumed the event might not have gone ahead.
