Zaporizhzhia International Film Festival (ZIFF) is an annual International Short Film Festival, which takes place in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine. ZIFF brings domestic and international films to the central cinema in downtown Zaporizhzhia and celebrates creativity and imagination.
The festival’s objective is to promote national cinema, showcase films and video works produced in collaboration with or by creators from all over the globe. We highly value short films that feature Zaporizhzhia region. The festival aims to support emerging authors, encourage cultural exchange between the participants, and draw attention to the art of cinema.
The Festival will take place in September 2024.

INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION AWARDS
The jury determines the winners of the National Competition Program in the category ‘The best international short film’. The acknowledgments are:
· Main Award (Original Trophy)
· Special Mention(s) – the juries are eligible to give one or two special awards
NATIONAL COMPETITION AWARDS
Only Ukrainian citizens are eligible to apply. The jury determines the winners of the National Competition Program in the following categories:
· ‘The best Ukrainian fiction short film’
· ‘The best Ukrainian documentary short film’
· ‘The best Ukrainian animated short film’
· ‘The best Scenario about Zaporizhzhia region in honor of Zaicev’
The winners of the National Competition Program are acknowledged with a Cash Award and the Original Trophy. The juries are eligible to give one or two special awards.
