Super Short Films. Micro Films. Miniature Films. 300 seconds and under.

The 300 Seconds Short Film Festival aims to celebrate micro-short films. All entries have a maximum run time of 300 seconds (5 minutes!) Categories include Canadian Shorts, International Shorts, and the 15-Second Story.

2020 is our festival's fourth year and we invite filmmakers from all over the world to submit their short films. Take advantage of our FREE and low entry fee options!

**PLEASE NOTE: Submission fees are non-refundable**

TWO CATEGORIES:

Canadian Films - films made in Canada or by a Canadian filmmaker (writer, producer, director)
International Films - films made outside of Canada by non-Canadian filmmakers (writer, producer, director)

BONUS CATEGORY:

15-Second Story - any genre, 15 seconds in length

All films must be in English or have English subtitles.

We accept any genre of film, music video, web series, documentary, etc as long as the maximum length (including credits) is 300 seconds.

No limit on submissions or production date.

All films must have a FilmFreeway or Vimeo screener. NO DVDs or other media that need to be physically mailed to us. ONLINE SUBMISSIONS ONLY!!!

We do not pay screening fees.
Filmmakers retain the rights to their films.
Filmmakers are responsible for acquiring copyrights, licenses and releases for media used in their films.
Filmmakers agree that we can show their film at our live screening upon selection to the 300 Seconds Short Film Festival.
