Sakarya International Short Film Festival brings together students who are interested in cinema in Turkey and abroad with its team whose experience increases every year. The festival aims to increase students' interest in cinema by awarding student films. Within the scope of the festival, workshops are organized with many academicians, producers and directors, and students who want to shoot films are encouraged on this occasion.

1- Sakarya International Short Film Festival is open to the participation of all undergraduate, graduate and PHD students in Turkey and abroad.

2- The festival can be applied with short films shot in the field of fiction and documentary.

4- Films whose duration does not exceed 25 minutes and which were shot after January 1, 2021 can apply to the festival.

5- A competitor can apply to the festival with more than one film.

6- There is no shooting format restriction for the films applied for.
