WILL SUEN is a left-handed film and video director based in Sydney.
Born in Maitland as the son of rural Chinese restaurant owners, Will's prized possessions were bootleg Cantonese films on VHS.
SWEET JUICES, a short film he wrote and directed, screened at 9 Academy Qualifying film festivals and won 7 awards, including the top prize from the two biggest genre film festivals in the world:

Jury Mention Fantasia (Montreal)
He's also the co-founder of HALF SYMBOLIC FILMS, a boutique film distributor most notably responsible for bringing the works of Masaaki Yuasa to cinemas across Australia.
He's currently in development for his directorial feature film debut.
