Certification of Entrant I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree:
1 . I have read, understated and fully comply with all submission eligibility information, Submission Guidelines, Terms and Conditions of Entry and Entry Eligibility requirements.
2 . To the best of my knowledge, all of the statements in this document are true;
3 . This film or video is not subject to any litigation nor is threatened by any litigation;
4 . I am duly authorized to submit this film to the festival;
5 . I hold FRO-MEDIA / Willlachen.at Comedy, Satire, Film Festival harmless from any damage to the print(s) or tape(s) en route or otherwise during the course of the festival’s possession of the film;
6 . I hold FRO-MEDIA / Willlachen.at Comedy, Satire, Film Festival, its owners, management, juries, subsidiaries, agents, sponsors, affiliates, and etc. harmless from any and all claims of liability resulting from my entry.
7 . I certify that I have full rights to the use of the music in the entered work.
8 . I give permission for FRO-MEDIA / Willlachen.at Comedy, Satire, Film Festival, Film Festival to use stills, titles, copy, and/or information from the film for promotional purposes and allow to let Willlachen.at upload the movie on a Playlist on YouTube for an online audience - the film will be visible there for puplic audience for lifetime use. If you wish to be deleted kindly send us an email to willlachen@willlachen.at - if you harm us through a youtube claim we have to charge you 500 Euros fee for the loss of our time.
9 . I give permission for FRO-MEDIA / Willlachen.at Comedy, Satire, Film Festival to screen the film at the Festival as well as any Festival presentations, programs, and/or events.
OTHER NOTES:
There is NO 'Film Made By' date. We have shown films from as early as the 30's. Please feel free to submit your early work as well as your current.
Films showing nudity are permissible, however sexual penetration will be disqualified.
PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT pay screening fees. If any screening fee is requested by filmmaker(s), the associated film will be disqualified.
We accept:
All genres

3. All film length up to 500 min.
Further RULES & TERMS
By submitting to the festival you confirm that you accept all the Rules & Terms.
All content in your film/video must be owned by the filmmaker, or you must have expressed written permission to use for exhibition.
3. The competition is open to professional and nonprofessional filmmakers.
4. Films not in german language must be subtitled with English subtitles.
5. You agree to use parts of your film (including trailer/teaser/film poster/stills) for promotional purpose.
6. Multiple entries are allowed for each filmmaker.
7. The appropriate entry fee must accompany each entry. This nonrefundable fee covers screening and handling costs, and will not be returned
8. All films can be submitted via FilmFreeway, wetransfer, or other sharing and cloud sharing options.
9. If your film is selected, we reserve the right to use images or videos solely for marketing and promotional purposes for FRO-MEDIA / Willlachen.at Comedy, Satire, Film Festival.
10. If your film/video is selected by the internet Jury for screening you will be informed by email.
11. All winners for the Festival will get the "goldener Ziegelstein certificate" and will be screened in a Livestream on YouTube
12. The decisions of the Jury President are final.
We do not accept:
1.Propaganda or Extremist content from religious or political organizations.
2. Films with a poor production standard (bad sound, lack of subtitles/captions for non-german films, video resolution less than 720p HD
